They were unable to give us the keys and had to find us somewhere else to stay, which took an hour and a half of waiting in the rain, and many phonecalls to figure out if they were even making progress.

View and quiet location.

We arrived into a dirty apartment, where the last guests had not cleaned before leaving and the host had not been to the apartment either. Dirty laundry on the bathroom floor, floors in the whole apartment filthy, especially in the kitchen area and around the dining table. The refrigerator looked so bad we would have rather not used it. After calling the host, we decided to clean as much as possible, so we could enjoy our two night stay, as it would have been a hassle to find an other place to stay. I understand that borders are partially closed at these times, but the host living in Norway would have under current rules been allowed to cross over to clean the apartment during daytime. The same apartment is listed on a different portal and the host commits to extra cleaning there due to Covid-19. This is not the case and we were shocked to find the apartment looking the way it did! I can't stress enough how bad the cleanliness was, especially in times of a pandemic I cannot accept it. We asked the host to refund us one of the two nights due to the circumstances and she agreed, but never paid us back. I waited 10 weeks, but no return transaction was made. If you can, don't go here, despite the view, it was a very disappointing experience.
