This is a 2019 Dutchmen Aerolite that sleeps 8: * Private queen bed * Bunkhouse with 2 double beds * Kitchen table converts to double bed Setup is FAST with: * Electric tongue jack * Electric/auto leveling jacks * Electric dinette slide out for more floor space Features: * Full kitchen (stove/oven microwave, large refrigerator) * Shower/tub bathroom * TV/dvd * Radio with outdoor speakers * Outdoor work space with stove and fridge * Closets for clothes Included - no extra charge: * Kitchen dishes, utensils, cookware * Coffee maker, toaster * Basic supplies for kitchen * Paper towels, camper toilet paper, foil, dish soap, etc. * Cards, games, dvds * 6 camping chairs, outdoor ground mat, smores & fire tools, and more. * Clean sheets for all beds * 4 towels, wash clothes and hand towels In addition you can use: * Generator use if needed (4 hours per day max run time) * Weight distribution hitch with sway bar * Propane tanks empty? No problem, we will fill up for no extra charge! Optional: . * Pets welcome for fee * Delivery and setup to your location or campsite with fee. * Waste tanks full? No problem, we can empty for a fee. Just bring your food, pillows/blankets/sleeping bags, and people! A few important notes: * 1/2 ton truck required with brake control tow brakes * An addendum agreement to be signed at time of pickup or drop off. * Renters are required to have insurance thru RVshare. Return it clean: Please return the camper in the condition you received it. This includes general cleaning of interior, removing trash and emptying fridge/freezer etc. A standard cleaning fee pf $50 is added to booking to deliver a sanitized camper to renters.
