Located in Tempe, this lovely house for $287 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Centrally located and just minutes away from ASU, Scottsdale, Phoenix, spring training and surrounding Valley. only 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Located in the heart of Tempe with easy access to shopping, golf, hiking, mountain biking, professional sports, and casinos. Enjoy the charming ambience of my newly remodeled home. Sip your coffee while the fountain gurgles and the hummingbirds play. Take a walk in my neighborhood and you will see young couples pushing strollers, older couples walking hand-in-hand, and the delightful sound of children laughing and playing. My home is in a very safe community. My goal is to offer guests a 5-star experience choosing high quality linens, mattresses, sheets, and pillows. In the living room and each of the three bedrooms there is a Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling.... just to name a few. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, bullet blender, filtered water and ice, and a grill on the patio for barbecuing. Single-car garage, plus 1 assigned spot in parking lot available for your use. Kids and babies? I have you covered! Pack and play, toys, puzzles and games, everything you will need to have your family covered. My home is internet / Wi-Fi ready and I have 24 hour check in with a Smart Lock

Kelly’s spacious condo has everything you need for a getaway to the Tempe/Scottsdale area. Plenty of room for 3-6 grownups with comfy beds and nice amenities. Location is within ‘The Lakes’ community and close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and golf. Can’t wait to plan our next trip to Tempe. Maybe even bring the wives this time!

This VRBO is in a great location. It's near Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, etc. It was close to the Phoenix Airport and relatively close to the Mesa Gateway Airport too. The place was very clean. It was stocked well with supplies and basic necessities. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the people we met on our walks were friendly.

Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Tempe area! Host was extremely easy to work with and made everything a breeze throughout the entire stay. Neighborhood is quiet, property is clean and has everything you could possibly need. Nothing bad at all to say!

We were thrilled to stay at Kelly's place right after Christmas just a few weeks ago. It's a charming three-bedroom home with plenty of space, very clean, and whimsically decorated. I especially loved the patio area off the kitchen complete with a soothing waterfall, cozy chairs, and a barbecue. We didn't try out the pool because the weather didn't cooperate much for tanning, but it looked wonderful. Kelly's place is located in a great neighborhood of Tempe where we felt safe to walk the area. A large variety of restaurants and shopping are close by. Kelly is a great hostess and we would love to stay at her home again - hopefully in the near future!

I cannot tell you how kind the owner is! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I knew where to go shopping for college AZ clothes. She offered some personal activity items in case we wanted to do an activity on one of our days. The condo is in a great location and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the large park practically across the street. So wonderfully decorated, it was very comfortable and loved the boho decor. We actually found one chair so comfortable we ordered one for our home! Close to ASU and malls, restaurants, etc.. Looking forward to staying at this little gem again soon. There is a common pool close by which is quite large and no one was there when we went. Thank you for your hospitality all the way around 10+ stars, and then some.

The house was clean and beautiful. the swimming pool was easy access to my kids, they loved it. Host was so cooperative. they even let us do early check in. all necessary kitchen and toiletries were provided. this is closer to many places too. overall a great experience, we will definitely be staying aian if went to Phoenix.

We enjoyed the colors of the home, and we enjoyed all the little details. We had a great time in Kelly's condo in Tempe. It looked just like the pictures showed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was incredible! Kelly was very communicative and easy to work with. I believe she lives there full-time and honestly, that threw me off a bit. Not enough to not recommend it, it was different than what I've been used to. I would stay there again for sure.

This property has everything you need. It is decorated so cute, and has all the comforts of home. The location is great and close to the airport. It’s a very welcoming place and we’re hoping to be able to come back again soon. Also, Kelly the property manager/owner is the best to work with. Very easy to communicate with as well. Our family came out to AZ to pickup our Sun Devil and bring him home for break. The weather was great, the house was everything we could need or want! Kelly was awesome to work with, we didn't need anything extra but she checked in and was really friendly! We will definitely stay there again some time.

This place is wonderful! I stayed here with a couple of girl friends and we all absolutely adored Kelly and her property. She was a fantastic host, so full of life and her home shows it. If you are even considering staying at this place, don’t hesitate to book! Kelly was such a pleasure to meet and communicate with. Her home is beautifully decorated and super clean. Very comfortable. The beds we’re so nice, and all the bright colors everywhere were like a breath of fresh air! Really great location with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. An awesome park just a block away, which my 5 year old loved! You have to stay here.

We booked Kelly’s townhouse due to an emergency in the family, when we had to go go Tempe. Kelly met us on the day of the check in and showed us around her beautiful house. At first walking into the house you have a relaxing feeling, the way the house was decorated made you have a welcoming feeling immediately. It was very pleasant coming home to her house after a not so good day, it felt just like we were at home. Several rentals I’ve stayed at as the basics but, Kelly went an additional step of making you feel like your at home when you stayed.
