The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring: * Bath Soaps/Shampoo/Conditioner * Toothpaste * Condiments/Seasonings * Paper Towels * Toilet Paper * Suntan Lotion/Sunblock * Clothes Hangers * Garbage Bags * Laundry Detergent * Dishwashing Detergent * Beach Towels Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. **Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. ** *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Parking is limited at the property. The garage can fit one car inside and the height of your vehicle will need to be max 5'9". During the peak season of June, July, and August; we will provide you with one parking pass for the street. If you have more than two vehicles, you will need to purchase any additional parking passes through the phone number on property or the Premium Parking App for Kure Beach. This house is beautiful and has so much potential- some that is unmet. The location is awesome, right on the beach and close to the little town center of Kure Beach. We rented this house specifically because of the hot tub and, unfortunately, it did not work for 5 of the 7 days we were there. Our stay was over the holidays and we found it very difficult to have consistent access to the property manager. The phone number we were provided for them was not their number and when we mentioned that in an email (the only way we could communicate with them) they provided no other form of communication. We were told someone would be there to fix the hot tub so we waited at the house and no one ever showed that day. We also had to ask twice for additional sheets to have enough for the beds/pull-outs that were available. We rent at different locations every year at the holidays and have never had this lack of communication or follow-up. It was very disappointing. While the owners did provide a small refund due to the lack of hot tub - it did impact our family holiday vacation. I’m guessing that renting at a time other than the holidays that this would be the perfect place.
The house itself is beautiful. There are 2 refrigerators though they will tell you there is only one. There are plenty of kitchen essentials for a large family. The outside seating is nice and the walk to the beach is quick!
I would recommend this house - just not at the holidays.

We loved our stay, the home was wonderful for our extended family to stay for Thanksgiving. The beds are very comfortable and you are directly on the beach. The pictures in the listing are very accurate.
The only negative is the dishwasher. It is smaller than one would expect for the house and often the water doesn't reach the tab to release the dish detergent, so we had to rerun at least half the time we ran it.

It was great. The only reason I don't give the perfect scores is because the floors were not very clean when we got there. The house definitely a hand vacuum for everyday touchup. I bought some Clorox wipes for after meals cleaning.

Great location beautiful beach, nice home with fantastic ease if use. However on the downside home smelled of bug killer the entire time and was a little rough around the edges, not t to be unexpected at the beach, but at this price point I have stayed at 5 star hotels on the beach without some these issues. Also parking is nit good for more then one vehicle, unless you have a very small car that would fit in a very low garage. Home comes with one reserve space on a very busy road.

The house was clean pet friendly and in a great location. Property manager was very responsive to requests including extra sheets and on street parking. Location is nice, a short walk from the Kure Beach pier with an arcade, shopping, restaurants, and ice cream. Pool was an added bonus. I'd stay again.

Our group ranged from a six-month-old infant to great-grandparents in their 70's. The house was PERFECT for us, as was the location.
The rental office was VERY prompt in responding to our questions and inquiries; our only complaint was confusion about the parking pass and we hope the rental office has secured the proper Kure Beach parking pass for future rentals, since parking the extra vehicle in Carolina Beach is NOT very convenient!
The location is quiet but a short walk takes you to a few restaurants and a small mini-mart, plus the pier. A short drive to Caroline Beach gets you to numerous shops, restaurants, activities, and groceries.
There were plenty of pool toys and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Highly recommend this house!

Great place to stay with the family. My only concern was the parking. It was very challenging to park our truck. We ended up with parking tickets despite paying for parking which is frustrating.

We had 9 in our group and this property was perfect for us. There was lots of space both inside and outside to enjoy our stay with lots of games and beach supplies provided by the property. Parking is a little awkward for large groups, but otherwise I would recommend this house to anyone.

This home has everything you could possible want and need. Spacious rooms, great amenities and comfortable beds. Pool and spa were inviting when wasn’t raining 😊. Looking to come back in October.

This house was absolutely perfect. Spacious and clean. The porch was our absolute favorite. We will definitely be renting this one again.

The property was exactly as advertised. The only problem we had was that the house next door was undergoing major renovation. That meant every day we were greeted by the sounds of hammers, buzzsaws, etc. which continued throughout the day.
That said, the property is great, the location is solid, and the upkeep of the house was first rate.
We'll return once the construction stops.

Great property. So much room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Fantastic location by the pier. Short drive to aquarium and fort Fischer. Our favorite hang out at the veggie wagon! So convenient to Wilmington! Defiantly recommend!

Great convenient spot to the pier, aquarium, parks and even to get into Wilmington. They had something for all. Beautiful porch to see out on the shore. Nice private walkway to the beach. Loved this for an October vacation time due to changes in city parking. We had larger SUVs that couldn't fit into the garage but with a close parking lot and street parking all set. In prime beach season this maybe something you need to pay for. Only wish that the pool and hot tub were heated but the kiddos braved the cool water.

This property was very well appointed with an especially well equipped kitchen. My only suggestion for the kitchen would be to have some plastic/ acrylic wine glasses since there is a pool and glass is always a potential problem. It did not pose a problem for us however. Morgan was my contact person and she was terrific. She could not have been nicer or more responsive to any questions that I had. Our family had a very enjoyable experience.

Great ocean views. We spent a lot of time on the porch just watching the ocean. The pool was a huge plus; we enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub most afternoons. Kure Beach was sleepy, just what we were looking for. Tons of kitchen gadgets and serving ware. Beds were comfortable. We had a maintenance issue but Liz helped us rectify as quickly as possible. Thanks to Liz for her responsiveness.

This is a great family house. It is large, and the big porch makes it easy for outside gathering. The pool is a big plus, and if you have little non swimmers, it makes it less worrisome since the pool is not too deep. The walk to the beach is easy and the view from the house is beautiful.

A perfect home for a family celebration..
A lovely place for 4 generaltions. We loved the porches, the pool, and the beach. Great kitchen and dining room table. Quick response to the kitchen sinks problem and our need for extra linens, Maybe needs more reading lamps and a new mattress in the lower bedroom and some of the pullouts. Grill needs cleaning or something. A huge fire erupted when we tried to use it.

Great Family Vacation
The house was everything we needed. Perfect location. Kids loved the pool and being right on the beach. Couldn't ask for better!
The only downfall was parking. If you have bigger vehicles there isn't much room for parking. Other than that, everything else was GREAT!!

Great Beachfront Views!
Great beachfront home with wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Home is well maintained and is very clean. Thankfully we brought our small SUV as the garage seemed smaller. The garage opens up almost onto the road so not much of a driveway. Depending on time of year, parking on the street may requirement additional payment. The pool was nice to have although was a little on the green side with algae and seemed like it needed more chlorine. Rental company was very responsive and sent someone over to fix the issue. Overall, a great place to stay and can accommodate multiple guests comfortably. Wold definately go back.
