Waterfront with amazing views!!! 220 Stone steps lead down to Hart Bay beach where you can explore or clamber around the rocky shore. Features that set Oceanport apart: • Pool and integrated spa, with sun all day • Walk down to the ocean (many stairs) • 180 Degree views • Cool breezes and AC in all bedrooms • Deck off every bedroom • Welcome basket on arrival The views are incomparable, and most days you will see sea life from the decks. Unlike many villas the pool is in the sun from 9-5. Our outdoor furniture is new and the outdoor dining table seats 8. 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom that can be King or twin beds and lower bedroom with queen bed and livingroom and kitchenette. Gorgeous. We rent a house every year for the past 10 years and this was hands down the best. Beautiful inside and out. Pool and hot tub made it even better. Jackie was very helpful even helped us with our bags and groceries when we checked in. Loved everything about this house. Thanks

Gorgeous property on the water in Chocolate Hole. This house had everything needed for a wonderful time. Perfect for groups of 8 or less. Loved the views and the pool was awesome. Couldn’t want anything more. A great place to spend the week and create wonderful memories. I would stay here again if I return to St. John.

Oceanport Villa on St John was the perfect winter vacation for our family. The house was spectacular...unbeatable view of Hart Bay & the sunrise, beautiful pool/hot tub area, fully equipped with all supplies provided. We could not have had a better experience. Vacation Vista Rentals were amazing to work with. Jackie, Michelle and crew were great. We were met at the boat dock and escorted to our home-away-from-home by Eileen who gave us a tour of the house and left us with a good understanding of the house and island. We had ordered provisions and everythingwas at the house and we were set. The beaches are the most beautiful where we swam with turtles, saw rays, sharks and tons of sea life. Hiking in the National Park was spectacular. Cruz Bay offered many great shopping and dining choices with the Rum Hut our favorite for fantastic happy hour specials, sushi and amazing Painkillers! After our daily excursions, hikes and beach days, we were happy to return to Oceanport, hop in the pool and continue enjoying the quiet offered by this lovely home. Our family age range is 11 to 72 and it's not easy to find a vacation home that offers something for everyone, but this one checked all the boxes. Check in and check out were a breeze. This home and St. John should be on everyone's vacation shortlist.

A great time was had by 4 couples! The home was perfect for cooking, relaxing by the pool or just sitting on the deck star watching at night. The host, Jackie, was very informative before our arrival.The island is amazing! We definitely will be back!

As others reviews have stated, the pictures don't do the house justice. There are amazing water views from literally every room - even the bathrooms and showers. We had a family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) and the house fit us perfectly. We loved the location - quick trip to town for restaurants and shopping, but turn right instead and you'll be at Coral Bay in 30 mins. Also as noted, there is no AC in the main home, but once you open screen doors and windows, there was always a nice breeze and bedrooms were all cooled with AC. Pool was a great size and kids had a blast. Oh, and house was well stocked with pool towels, coolers, and ice packs - so no need to worry about that! We would absolutely recommend this home!

This property provided for an amazing family trip to St John. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children - great views and awesome pool area. Convenient to restaurants and beaches and the property manager was very accommodating and helped us with everything from taxis to garbage bags :) I would have stayed for a month if I could!

This house was everything is advertised and more. Well stocked kitchen & the main living space was fabulous. Pool & views were marvelous. The property managers were very responsive & we cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Well appointed and perfectly located property. The rooms and common areas are well designed. Especially bedrooms where each room has private balconies. Kitchen is ample size so 2-3 adukts can enjoy simultaneously. We've stayed in several upscale homes on STJ and this is a top experience.

The views are what sold me but the entire house was perfect!
Sleeping with a cool breeze and waves washing ashore and then waking to a stunning sunrise each day was so relaxing. Everyone had privacy yet the open space layout and large deck provided the family time that we all needed. Never even turned on a TV!
Each night we saw multiple shooting stars. The pool and hot tub were perfect after spending our days at the beaches. It was so nice to have plenty of beach towels, chairs and coolers.
The kitchen and gas grill had everything we needed to cook some great meals.
Walking the steps to the water turned into our daily morning workout!
My only regret is not spending more time at the house - I think a 2 week+ stay will solve this problem!

Oceanport was amazing! The pictures do not lie, everything was awesome. The views were amazing, the pool was perfect and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Jackie was wonderful and always available for anything we needed (including getting a sweatshirt back that was left in a taxi in st Thomas) she went above and beyond!!

Can’t find one bad thing to say about Oceanport Villa! Amazing views, beautiful pool and outdoor living area, fully stocked with everything you would need throughout the week, from kitchen ware, to coolers, and beach towels! Check in process was super simple and only a 5 minute ride from the ferry docks in Cruz Bay! Can’t wait to come back again! 10/10 would recommend!

Best view ever! We had plenty of space and the pool was great. We had an iguana friend that came sunning almost everyday. Great kitchen that enabled us to cook some at home. No problems with anything at all. Perfect home for friends or family!

Great breeze, no bugs! House does have a lot of steps so if you have elderly family or friends it may not be the perfect choice. The pool is lovely and the great views never stop. Pelicans fly right by the deck which is amazing to see. Iguanas are everywhere and the trail to the beach is a lot of fun. Swimming might not be easy, but doable!

Spectacular view
The villa was by far the best one I have stayed at. What you see in pictures is exactly what you are expecting . I never left the villa unless I was heading to throw trash out . We decided to rent a vehicle with Budget and bought groceries before I came over so had no reason to leave . Looking forward again later on. Thank you so much is was great!

Great property in a great location. The villa is spacious, clean and has an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Very private, but close to Cruz Bay restaurants, groceries and shopping. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for spreading out and relaxing.

Beautiful property with gorgeous ocean views. Pool and spa was perfect for lazy days. Lots of room for entertaining. Walk down to the beach very doable. Only drawback is the access road to the property but I have a feeling all the driveways are like this. Really appreciated having a greeter to pick us up and help us secure the rental car. My only recommendation would be to consider offering grocery delivery service on the day of check in. It’s a long travel day and we were starving at arrival. Having some groceries would have been a service I would have gladly paid extra for.

The villa was better than expected. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for prepping meals and drinks. The bedrooms all have fantastic views. We loved the steps to the beach below. The villa manager was great with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay.

Seeing the sunrise every morning from every bedroom and deck was amazing! Little things like labeled light switches and plenty of nice towels were great. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any rental we’ve been in. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breeze was perfect. We did trek the 200 steps down to the water a couple times, which was fun (and tiring!). Thank you for a spectacular vacation!!

Awesome property in every way
The ocean Port Villa was everything we hoped it would be! All three king suites were equally amazing with spectacular views. It was beautifully appointed with everything you would need for an amazing trip. The management team, led by Mark, was very responsive and easy to work with. You definitely would need a vehicle to fully appreciate all the beauty that is St John and the wonderful restaurants at Cruz Bay. The road up is a little rough, but with 4 Wheel Drive was no problem. Everything in St. John is close so you definitely want to take advantage of all the beautiful beaches and vistas. There is a beach right below the Villa, well 234 or so steps down LOL. Even for our older generation of renters it was a challenge but well worth it, especially if you’re looking for shells. Truly an amazing property and we couldn’t more highly recommend it!

Absolutely Beautiful
My family including son and family and grandson and my daughter and her fiancé joined my husband and me for a much anticipated family vacation in St. John’s. The space was perfect, 4 bedrooms each with a private bath and a balcony with ocean views and breeze. Needless to say my 13 year old grandson was in awe. The living space consisted of a well supplied kitchen, dinning area and open living room. Out doors was a dinning and barbecue are that quickly became our eating space. Beside that was a wet bar. The pool area and hot tub got a lot of use and we along with resident iguanas enjoyed the sun which shown over the pool area most of the day.
Mark was very helpful leading up to our stay and answered all of my questions. He was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Chocolate Hole and would stay there again if the opportunity came my way.

This home was even more beautiful than the photos show and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Stunning views, comfortable beds, and plenty of gathering space indoors and out. Linda's recommendations were great, and the location of the house made it easy to get to all of the restaurants and activities. Thanks for making our first trip to St. John so memorable.

Wonderful family get away
We had a fantastic stay on St John and at this home. Mark and Linda were excellent property managers, checking in on us. Linda shared several of her 'favorites' for locations to visit, and we used several of her recommendations during our stay. Mark also checked on us several times, to ensure our stay was meeting expectations. Highly recommend this property, the views are spectacular (can't be the sunrise view every day!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at this property. The villa was well appointed and had everything we could of possibly needed. The communication from the property manager was excellent as was the mid stay cleaning. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting St. John that wants a beautiful view, seclusion and a short drive to town. The outdoor/pool area is very well designed. We especially enjoyed the iguanas “sunbathing” by the pool in the morning. Thanks for sharing your villa with us!
