Sleek, bright, and very inviting, this three-level, waterfront townhouse, part of a complex that was recently featured in Island Life on HGTV, is ready to be your next home-away-from-home on North Padre Island! Enjoy sunset canal views from this four-bedroom vacation rental offering high-end amenities throughout including a gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Dine together or bust out the board games at the nearby family-style table, and then settle in for movie nights in the luxurious living area complete with a 60' flatscreen TV. For sleeping options, this home offers three bedrooms with king-size beds as well as a kid-friendly room with two sets of twin-over-full bunks. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared waterfront pool (heated in winter) and a 14' wide personal boat slip and dock with marine shore power and water. What's nearby: Take a short walk down to the Seawall and miles of beautiful sandy beach! Bask in the sunshine or play in the warm waters, then head to Boathouse Bar & Grill for a bite to eat, just a half-mile from your door. If you're a history or art enthusiast, search out the many local museums and galleries. And for additional outdoor fun, do some horseback riding or windsurfing, or stroll out to the end of the pier for a spectacular view. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Snowbird-friendly. The boat slip is numbered 15001 and is a private dock. Swimming in the canal is permitted. The closest boat launch is Packery Channel Boat Ramps Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We had an excellent stay! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out and by comfy.
Only issue was that two of the three fold out couches were not super functional - but we made everything work.
Highly recommend this place for a large group stay. Kitchen was pretty well appointed and very easy to cook in! Huge plus - an actual pantry!

Views. Short walk to the beach. THE POOL! Clean. Comfortable beds. Room enough to put everyone. WiFi worked, big screens everywhere. Lovely back balcony. 15 steps from garage to first floor (floodproofing!).

Stayed with family - 9 adults, baby, and toddler. Extremely spacious and great views. Kitchen had all essentials. Couple minor issues with wifi/not having sheets - main issue was trying to get ahold of someone to resolve. Communicating with someone from vacasa for a few iterations before it ever gets passed to a "local team."

This was a great booking for our family vacation. Short distance to the beach made it very convenient.

This house is beautiful. We had 11 of us there. The beds are very comfortable. We didn’t use the pull out couch. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our time fishing here very much! Clean beds, kitchen spotless, plenty of towels! However, I was hoping there'd be enough blankets in the home for the extra sleeping areas since it's supposed to sleep 12+. The carpets and floors were not clean, and the pool was merky. I would definitely stay again if first requesting the pool and floors were cleaned and extra blankets and pillows provided for number of guests.

The house/ property was great, but for such a big rental (at the price paid) the kitchen was sorely lacking the basics.
There was a coffee pot, but not enough coffee cups for 6 adults.
We planned on cooking there because of the Labor day weekend, and quickly found that we'd be improvising how to cook. The pans were garbage, the utensils were few. It was weird to open half the kitchen cabinets to find nothing inside. Just disappointed on that end.

This house was great! 3 king beds a very nice setup with bunk beds. There were TVs in every room with Netflix. We loved it!

Very Spacious
My family and I absolutely loved the location and space of the house. Having room to park multiple cars and the golf cart we rented in the garage was amazing. Amazing!
The pictures were great but even better in person. Hosted my first team retreat this past weekend and this home was beyond beautiful. Quiet, peaceful location and very spacious.

Harbor view getaway
We had the max amount of people and all fit very comfortably. Clean, updated and spacey! There were leftover beach items people had left and we even left some additional for the next crew. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was an easy two block drive to the beach. The kids liked the pool, even though it’s on the smaller side. Overall we had a great time and would come back to this home!

We come to Padre Island every year for my husband‘s birthday and to go fishing with my dad who also lives in Corpus Christi. We really did love the interior of the house. It was perfect for the three families that came on the trip. The kitchen was nice and big and the house was pretty clean. Our only few gripes would be… we honestly thought that the house was on the water. From the description, it says waterfront. And maybe we could’ve looked a little further into the pictures, but when we got there we were a little disappointed. We thought the house was going to be on the pool and docks. The pool is also TINY, so we only used it once bc of the bigger kids playing around us, and we only have babies. We would also suggest supplying the house with more paper towels, more trashbags, and more washer pods. Our stay was for four days, and we only had one roll of paper towels and 3 trash bags. For what we spend on the house those essentials should be supplied to last the entire trip, since you can’t really buy those in less than bulk. Other than that, like I said, we really loved our stay and had an amazing time. Quick access to stores, restaurants and beach is great. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house.

This was a very accommodating nice place to stay! It was perfect for our nice size family vacay! Everything was pretty much up to par just minor things like no trash bags or one thing of paper towels! Those things won’t make or break a vacay so I would def recommend this spot. I would def book this place again

All was good with this vrbo. Only complaint was that there was one roll of tp in each bathroom for a 16 sleeper. One roll of paper towels, no dish towels and no salt and pepper. Just had to go buy a few items. Wish listing would have listed to bring paper products

My family came in to town for TAMUCC graduation and really enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were great and the living room was big and comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans. They really made sleeping comfortable. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. I would say the only issue I had was the low water pressure in the bathroom sinks. The showers were great as well as the kitchen. It was just the bathroom sinks. So it really wasn't that bad. All in all, it was a great house.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home Minutes from the Beach
Loved this rental! The beach was a quick 7 min walk from the house or a very quick 3 min drive. When you go outside you can hear the ocean from the house and it is lovely.
The house was a perfect size for our big group. There was a loft area for the teens to hang out in with a balcony attached and a bedroom with bunk beds for the littles to hang out in. Every room had a tv which was very convenient. There are so many places to sleep in this house that everyone had a bed to sleep on. The couches all pull out into beds and the mattresses are so comfortable on every bed! The house is also well equipped with pillows. The house was so beautiful and well decorated! I loved how many bathrooms and big closets it had.
The home was well equipped with cookware for the kitchen. I do wish since we were staying for a full week that they would have provided a little bit more dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels etc. —really all that was provided was enough for a weekend stay and I wish that since we’re staying longer more would have been put out for us to use since we flew in and didn’t bring that stuff. The dishwasher was also broken so we couldn’t use it the whole time we were there. They did have a repair person come while we were there but a part needed to be ordered so it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. I also suggest they have a mop for guests to use as needed. With little kids and a week long stay it would have been nice to mop a few times.
The pool was really fun and the view was awesome, but the pool was freezing, it did not feel heated. It is nice only a few homes use the pool so it isn’t crowed.
I would 100% rent this home again and refer all my friends to it. The house was clean, well taken care of, and so beautiful. Book it—you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful home and view
Plenty of room for ALL of us - We filled every bed! The home is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone to relax, eat and drink. Fishing was a little slow at the dock but the pool was warm and any day fishing is a good day!
