Located in Gulf Gate Estates, this charming house for $290 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Renovated in 2020! House sleeps eight - 4 beds and 2 full baths. Large living room space with fireplace and ping pong table. This home has been totally redone with the best of everything. Terrazzo floors thru most of the home are beautiful. New items include appliances, granite counter tops, dishes, cups, silverware, doors, artwork, ceramic tile, fixtures etc. The living room is 24 x 40 feet making it 960 sq ft in total just for one room. Also has a 2-1/2 car garage with washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, trash cans, trash bags etc. Our backyard has a fenced in patio with a table for dining if you so wish. Currently can seat 8 at our indoor dining room and or another 8 in our patio area. The kitchen has spices, new pots and pans, new dishes cups etc. We also provide rice cooker, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryers, bath towels, hand soap, etc. Please bring your shampoo, body wash soap, etc. We do provide starter toilet paper and paper towels. We have four beach chairs and 2 garage door openers. Please be sure to return these before driving home.We ask that you bring your own beach towels. In Siesta Key nothing is more important than being located near the beach. This home has it all. Off street parking, patio with outside furniture, laundry room, huge space with master suite.This home sits on an over sized corner lot with a circular driveway. Close to Siesta Key and shopping. Pet Friendly - $25 pet fee

The location was great for us. Publix, stores, restaurants were walking distance from the house. Family liked the ping pong table. Beds and bathrooms were clean. The beach chairs in the garage were great to have. The front door-lock is very glitchy. Maybe it needs batteries? The floors in the entire house need a deep cleaning. The back room gets warm during the day. There is broken glass in the front yard.

The house was very nice with plenty of room for a family. The kitchen was immaculate with new dish ware and appliances. I do feel the cleaning team could have done a better job cleaning under the furniture, though. There was dark dust and some items under the dressers. Also probably time for new bath rug and mat and window cleaning.

Easy check in. Great access to I-75, ocean and local establishments. Updated kitchen and baths. Great sized family room with ping pong and foos ball. Property needs better lighting out front, lightbulbs throughout the property, working cable box in family room and well scrubbed floors.

This house was a great size for my family of 6 and our dog. Lots of room for the dog to play. The ping-pong table was a hit with my husband and kids. The location was nice (10 minute drive-4.5 miles- to Siesta Beach). There were some minor issues. The garbage disposal wouldn't turn on at first until I found the reset button, but then it wouldn't turn off, so it had to be unplugged when not in use. The living room seems to be a later addition to the house and the air conditioner really struggles to keep the house cool. Despite having two extra units in the living room itself, by the afternoon, it's very hot in there. The master bathroom is quite small, but there is a large dresser with a mirror in the master bedroom that can be used to get ready, or the 2nd bathroom is a nice size. One of the recliners was not operational, and one leg of the coffee table was broken off. A few other minor cosmetic issues, but nothing really bad. It could use a few more dishes/kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. For the price, and the pet friendliness, it's a good deal.
