Very friendly staff. Clean enough.
Complimentary drinks such as coffee and tea are available around the clock. And near the reception there is a refrigerator with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
In the booking it was mentioned that the room was for 3 people, although there was only 1 bed in the room without a sofa. There was no space for a suitcase in the room. No dressing table.
Uncomfortable location of the air conditioner in relation to the bed. We tried to sleep with the air conditioner on, but it blows directly to the head, which is uncomfortable.
Bathroom:
We were met with red ants every morning in the sink, on the floor and in the shower cabin.
The sink had a tall faucet designed for the kitchen, it was not comfortable to use, which generated a lot of splashes.
The shower holder was broken.
The overall impression was that the room was quite old.

The property was clean, well kept, and provided everything necessary for a good stay
The breakfast selection was minimal, yet still delicious

Staff were terrific , helpful and friendly.Location was good , 5 minutes walk to train station and busses. Hotel is 100 m from beach promenade. Breakfast outside was a nice way to start the day.
A safe in the room or at reception would have been handy.

Location is perfect
The breakfast was a joke. No juices. One kind of bread. One kind of fruit. Not even a boiled egg.

Friendly vibe from all staff and fellow guests. Nice waterfront for surfing on one side and swimming beach on the other. Lively neighbourhood only a block away.

Our room was smaller and a little more basic than we usually experience in the US but it was comfortable and VERY clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful to us and it was our first overnight stay in Israel.

I was disappointed to be offered two single mattresses despite being named a king size bed😔😔😡😡

The front ward.
The room was not as shown on the web, it was very tiny, the television was not working and staff couldn't fix it, the toilet was so tiny that I couldn't enter to assist my kid, there wasp no elevator and I had to carry my luggage to the second floor were the stairs were very narrow. None the less to mention that it was not mentioned on the web and staff was not kind to carrying them.

Wow. Literally everything. Location, staff, cleaning, parking. Just wow. It's one of the best stays I ever had, and I mean it! The people who work there made it perfect for us!
It's ON the beach. Quiet. Amazing.

The hotel was lovely, with relaxing seating area outside. Well stocked reception area with drinks and breakfast. The staff were so nice, we felt really welcome and they were so helpful! We would definitely stay there again, loved it.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

close to the beach and train station. Beautiful gardens. lots of outdoor space.
My only criticisms is there were no hangers in the closet, so no place to put clothes. Could use a grab bar on bathtub wall. Slippery.

its location
the hotel claims that I only booked two rooms with one person in each, and not two. how come? since I know who is travelling with me. they made us pay extra for each room.

A great location and a lovely little comfy hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful.
There is no elevator in the hotel. It's only 3 floors but if you have an issue, ask for a room on the lowest level.

Great place, nice clean room.
There is no breakfast, but refreshments are at hand all day long.

Really wanted to love the hotel, however, it was anything but great.
First things first - location was wonderful, close to beach and walking distance to a few very jcute places. There is tea and coffee at the reception, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the pleasantries end.
No elevator - or at least not that was made available to us. Room was on top floor, which made it difficult with the luggage.
The room is outdated at best. There is precisely ONE power plug in the room available to use. Not even an spare one in the bathroom, which, ironically, offers a blowdryer, which you cannot plug. Alternatively, there is no mirror in the room, so you can either plug the blowdryer in the room OR use the mirror in the bathroom - not both.
The windows in the room do not shut tightly, leaving just enough of a crack for loud whistling nonstop draft on a windy night. It was so loud that even the ear plugs could not drown it out, very unpleasant.
The AC in the room is insanely loud as well, and there is no way to direct it away from the bed, making you in the direct stream of cold air all night. The lowest fan setting on the unit is still very powerful and uncomfortable, so any square centimeter of skin outside of blanket is basically freezing. The AC itself also kept making cracking and clicking noises all night.
Bedding was not great, a very small bed (anyone above average height would find it very short also), and a hard mattress. Overall, not a reatful night by any stretch, between wind noise, bed, and loud strong AC.
There are a total of 8 parking spaces, one being at the “do not park” gate. Make sure you reserve yours early.
The breakdast in the morning was a very nice touch - bananas, yoghurt, some pastries. Coffee and tea selection. The room also offers an electric kettle, but we opted for charging our phones instead.
Overall, i would not recommend staying here unfortunately, despite nice and welcoming staff and nice common areas.

Welcoming and Clean. Very close to the beach

Staff are very friendly. The room was big and comfortable, so many space for the suitcases. Snacks and coffee for free close to reception.
No iron in the room. But that’s ok

The location is good. The staff were very helpful. We moved rooms due to noise, this was done with help and understanding. All day coffee and biscuits was appreciated. Would use again.
The sealing/grouting in the shower really needs addressing. Other than that, no problems.
