Nice, new, clean hotel stay in Aruba and will return.

Large spacious rooms. Location was good. Clean and new.

Although beach access was easy, securing a beach lounge chair wasn’t. It was a struggle to make a beach chair reservation and in 6 days never secured one. Even when there were lounge chairs visibly available, we were turned down unless we were willing to pay money for Radison chairs. Thumbs down on helpfulness of beach staff.

Pouca acessibilidade para idosos

O hotel disponibiliza transfer para a praia num automóvel sem acessibilidade para uma pessoa idosa (minha mãe de 84 anos). Pouca disponibilidade de cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia (em relação ao número de hóspedes do hotel). E quando o transfer estava com problemas e não funcionou, precisamos voltar caminhando da praia. Não recomendo para pessoas acima de 80 anos.

Algunas cosas no funcionan bien aunque sean nuevas como por ejemplo los dispensadores de los baños, en la cocina no hay utensilios.

Issues with beach umbrellas and lounges

The hotel is new and clean. Gardens are well kept.

It wasn’t possible to switch off air conditioning. I was notified only few days before our stay (when we could not change our booking any longer) that the umbrellas and sun lounges at the beach needed to be booked in advance and were not guaranteed for all guests. When tried to book beach umbrellas and chairs for my stay remotely I was told that I need to be physically at the reception to do so and that I could book only 24hrs in advance. When arrived at the hotel I have tried to book for next day, but was told every day that all umbrellas were already booked even when tried to book at 8am in the morning. If I had known this was the situation I would have booked another hotel.

Fantastic stay would definitely recommend it.

Really loved the location of the property. Close to beach. Close to main strip with shopping, bars and restaurants. The adults only rooftop pool….amazing!!! Views incredible!

The only issues with the property for us was there is no barbecue area. Also, kitchen only has fridge and microwave. No cutlery, no plates. No stove top. So you really have to go out for most meals. Other than that property is clean, new and beautiful.

It was alright but wouldn’t go back.

Staff- thankful for arranging early check in for us even though it seemed to be busy. Carlos was amazing - he reminded us of Jay from Modern Family, extremely helpful, provided all information etc Room was clean, spacious. Activities- you can book via concierge, hotel residents get 10% off if booked via them. Restaurants- plenty of places just 5-10 mins walk away. Everything closes 10 ish. Clover - coffee shop downstairs was cute.

We booked this hotel for the last six days of our trip after a week of mind blowing all inclusive stay downtown, to experience both types of stays. Location- felt extremely isolated and felt unsafe some times, could be because our bedroom, both toilets and part of living space all faced the parking lot which is not lit at all. The concierge/lobby, gym etc are in first building and actual rooms are 5 minute walk away which I din like but wasn’t a huge issue, helps get the steps in i suppose. The pools were never busy and sun beds were always available. We had booked two bed suite with pool facing- we were given end room mostly overlooking the parking lot. Staff/ service- whilst the staff were trying their best, we were almost every time met with “we are at high capacity” so services were delayed Restaurant- one on the roof top- was extremely delayed, we left after drinks. We ordered room service- okayish, bring own cutleries. We ended up buying cofee/ tea, cutleries, plates etc

Excelente opção em Palm Beach

Hotel lindo, moderno e com ótima localização. Quarto amplo estilo flat, ventilado e muito bem mobiliado. As 3 piscinas são excelentes sendo a de hidromassagem aquecida (ótima para relaxar à noite). Voltaria com certeza.

Poderia ter mais cadeiras e sombrinhas disponíveis para os hóspedes na barraca de praia que tem parceria.

Las instalaciones hermosas, mucho espacio, mucho lujo

En desayuno y n tres ocasiones pediamos algo y no la trajeron, ejemplo huevos. Habia muchos gatitos ( al menos tres o cuatro habitualmente) dentro del hotel en mal estado, enfermos, amo los gatitos pero sería bueno que el hotel se hiciera cargo de ellos.

Enjoyed being in close vicinity to restaurants, shopping, and Moomba Beach.

The hotel and Clover staff were very pleasant. The shuttle to and from the beach was a much appreciated accommodation.

I inquired at Clover for a reservation at Senses restaurant. A female took my information but I never received a call.

Amazing!! Can’t wait to go back to the Radisson Blu

All of the staff members were were very kind and polite. They always had smiles and couldn’t do enough to make your stay amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean. 2 pools one was a beautiful rooftop one overlooking Aruba for adults . The other pool was beautiful for families. Can’t wait to go back. Amazing

Average, rooms were clean and new but everything else was basic.

Clean, modern looking.

Not much options for room service, restaurants were not up to the mark/very mediocre, no other facilities other than pool and beach (which was common beach area). In room service was cash only and couldn’t charge to the room.

Need high quality breakfast serving restaurant. Need to add a nice coffee shop , near the pool. Need an expanded beach area , some of the time we got there, all beach chairs and umbrellas Were taken.

Aruba really is one happy island 💕🫶

This resort was absolutely amazing. We have literally no complaints. The location is fantastic and is very close to all of the popular restaurants and shopping areas. There are two pools that are clean and absolutely breath taking. We loved the infinity pool and ordering from the rooftop restaurant to our lounge chairs as a pool side snack. We loved how close the beach was and we're able to easily get transit to the beach. The beach is walking distance so if you perfer to walk you can! This hotel has its own area on the beach where they give you lounge chairs and umbrellas, surrounded by beach restaurants and the clearest water! There are parasails, tubing, etc. The hotel rooms were very spacious, great air conditioning, hot water, wifi was amazing, and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The bedding was also very luxurious and comfortable! We truly have no complaints. The food wasn't our favourite but we undertand that Aruba doesn't necessarily have the same food as ours. The staff was also so so amazing. They would greet us everyday and Leyonardo was so helpful for easy check in and check out. The staff was so friendly and helpful which was such an amazing part of our trip! We really felt like they cared for each person staying at the hotel and it was so nice of them. This was our first time in Aruba and we fell in love with it, from gorgeous sunsets every night to clear waters and friendly people. It's the best family friendly destination in the world! Could not recommend this location enough! ** It's definitely more of a lowkey and chill hotel atmosphere which we really liked, perfect for a romantic couples getaway **

Ótima experiência, tudo muito lindo, recomendo!!

Localização, conforto, vista do quarto, decoração de muito bom gosto, ótimas roupas de cama e banho, lindíssimos jardins e piscinas, ótimo staff, tem um shuttle que leva os hóspedes até a praia, (mas é bem pertinho, da para ir andando tranquilamente), espreguiçadeiras e guarda sol para os hóspedes na praia. O hotel tem selo LEED!

Embora o quarto tivesse varanda privativa, não é permitido fumar nem na varanda. Só é permitido fumar num banquinho no térreo na área da piscina, embora seja área livre e aberta.

Highly recommend!!!

The property was amazing. 2 pools. 1 on the ground floor and one infinity pool with a bar/restaurant. The rooms are huge!! The bed was clean and comfortable. Good location as well. Close to the Main Street and Moomba beach.

Could make some improvements

The location was excellent, you literally turn the corner and you are either on the strip surrounded by restaurants and stores or you are at the beach. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and property were clean. The bellhop Dana was very informative and friendly. The front desk staff was nice as well. I enjoyed that the hotel wasn't packed and very quiet.

I thought the view would have been a little better. There was a lot of updates going on by the pools. On the 3rd day at the hotel my room door didn't open and I had to wait for two maintenance staff members to break it open. I had to request another room and move all of my luggage to another floor and get ready for my dinner reservations in 20 minutes. It was a big inconvenience. The manager gave me breakfast vouchers but the Sunset Bistro had nothing I ate, so that was a waste. Also compared to other hotels I passed on the beach, the Radisson has no entertainment or events for guests. The gift shop is overpriced and the coffee and tea place was very disappointing. Also the pools close at 9pm would have thought they would be open later because it's so hot and windy during the day. The last downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work and there was nothing on TV to watch, so I couldn't even cast from my phone to the tv.
