Zero privacy and guest respect

Apartment had a roach, roof was leaking and you couldn’t spend an hour without somebody knocking for something that could have been a call. It was awful

Very poor

The individual rooms are owed and operated by individuals. Who will contact you after booking. No wifi as promised. The couch in the room was soaked wet from hand cleaning. Holes in the bed spread. It's simply not worth the money. I had to move out to another Hotel. After 2 nights. Room D211

Location, security, ambiance, amenities is top notch 👍🏻

Constant issues with the wifi The position of the tv was not cool and it wasn’t even a smart tv, considering that there was wifi for the apartment. For every second I needed the mirror, I had to go into the bathroom, no mirror in the whole room.

Great location nice environment

The apartment block was lovely and the decor is really nice. The room was also nicely decorated and clean to what the eye could see

The bed was extremely soft. You sink into it. The cleaner left the cleaning equipment on the balcony and the satalite tv didnt work but i didnt spent too much time in the room so not a big issue

Loved the place!

Beautiful modern space. Quiet environment and friendly staff. The apartment had all the amenities one can need for a comfortable stay. the food at the restaurant was also tasty.

The TV was bit small and not a smart TV.

Excellent hotel with modern facilities. Definitely recommend for continuous stay.

Location was perfect around the KIA. Very neat room and excellent Wi-fi service. Facilities needed for comfort in rooms provided with option for cooking if interesting.

Exceptionally poor

The host was exceptionally rude. I arrived at Embassy Gardens quite late at night c11pm, on entering there was a wall lizard/gecko in the room. The host was informed and proceeded to imply it was my fault that reptile was in the room. I asked to be moved to a different room, response was that none were available and that she would send security to remove the reptile. The idea of a security guard coming into the room at 11pm to capture a reptile that can run up walls and ceilings was ridiculous. Nevertheless the guard came and he could not see or get to the reptile as it had disappeared behind the bed headboard. He admitted that there was little that he could do, so he left. I went online to look for another r oom at another hotel, on searching Embassy Gardens came up again as having an available room for the night. I therefore booked. I packed my items and went to the front desk, who called a host, to my surprise it was the same host i originally dealt with. She proceeded to advise that no rooms were available despite the fact that i had a confirmation email that a room was booked. She then proceeded to blame me for the security guard leaving and not being able to catch the reptile. I had to raise my voice at her and remind her i was a paying customer who had paid for a room in full and that my expectation was that i would not be sleeping in a room with a reptile scurrying along the wall and ceiling. She then spoke with front desk receptionists and somehow conjured another room for the night and promising they will take care of everything the following day. Why did she not do that from the outset??? On this basis i will not recommend this venue to anyone. There were a number of other things related to the restaurant not having most of the food listed on the menu to the hygiene of the male rest rooms where across consecutive days there was no soap or toilet paper.

Everything about it. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. Finally the complex is amazing, beautiful garden and pool.

Not great, room needs maintenance

The location of the property

The accommodation wasn’t cleaned well, I had to do a sweep. There were things that didn’t work e.g the remote control for the tv and dstv also the wifi was weak. The second bed lamp also didn’t have a lightbulb. Also the house help would know at random early hours without notice.

The location is very remote. You will have to walk quite a ways to get to anything, or you will need to Uber. But the property itself is fantastic.

Good location

The beds are terrible, no hairdryer, no soap in shower! Airco was to noisy and in front of the bed. Rooms are smelly. I reserved 2 appartments of 40meter and one of the appartments was 23 meters, when I discussed it with my contactperson Mirline she said this is what I reserved. But in my booking was 40 meters 2 apartments. Be aware they rent all the appartments twice and just before you arrive they send you a message unfortianily there was a mistake with the booking bla bla. Some friends of mine got the same message. Mirline ruined the first days of my stay, they only want money!! Its an appartmentcomplex with different owners and all of them have different contactpersons that take care of the renting. They rip you off if you let them.. staff at the restaurant where very slow, like extreme slow. 1 coffee takes them 30 minutes. I always book with booking.com and always good stays but this stay was the most horrible of al my stays because of the contactperson.

Embassy Gardens is a nice place. There are many apartments for rent there. staff was extremely attentive and helpful. late check out, for a fee, was possible.

Overall everything was good. I had no regrets about my stay.

The staff hospitality was outstanding. The location was great. Overall it was a great experience and yet affordable.

Aside the minus above, a fantastic place.

Clean environment. Working Facilities.

Had to keep asking for basics of washroom, like bath soap. No shampoo, no body lotion in the room.

My ugly experience.

The room was nice and clean.

They charge more than what I booked it for on the Internet and also they charge extra 3% for paying with a card (debt or credit card, it doesn't matter) as they want cash and there is no pre-warning of this.

Embassy Gardens is a go to place. I enjoyed the tranquil environment, the in house cafe had nice sandwiches and meals.

all was ok except for the reception. I would suggest they put in place a more organized reception so that people don't walk up straight to your room without permission.
