The furniture and finishings very old

The property was as publicised. What we saw online, was what we met in reality. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was good value for money.

Everything worked as expected.

The flat is up steep stairs- would be difficult if you had a huge and heavy suitcase and were alone.

Spacious. Clean duvet. WiFi included.

Bins weren’t emptied especially bathroom. Fleece blanket on bed is stained. Kettle has massive build up of limescale so did not use. Middle window in living room and bathroom window don’t allow you to close them so noise and draft in each room. Toilet doesn’t flush properly so toilet was never empty.

Apartment was very clean and tidy

There was noting I didn't like

Clean and comfortable and convenient for the town centre. The internet works which is always good

Getting in was a little too complicated
