If you are planning your trip to SoCal San Diego please see my listing. Newly remodeled, house sitting on one acre property located only 10 minutes drive from beautiful golden beaches in Carlsbad and Oceanside. 5 minutes to Mt Calavera Volcano, 30 minutes to Torrey Pines and Del Mar. 40 minutes from La Jolla and Pacific Beach. See Point Loma, Balboa Park, Coronado Island and many other breathtaking attractions. The property has a surveillance camera installed. The surveillance camera is located up the front of the property and facing the driveway. The security camera is installed to enhance your safety, to make sure your vehicle is safe, and prevent unauthorized people from entering the property. The surveillance camera is on at all times. From the beginning we had issues with the owner. Stay ended with the woman barging in unannounced forcing us to leave. We were harassed and owners still try to foot us an extra bill totaling to $1,200 . They’ve even had someone call my phone around midnight from a FaceTime audio claiming to be from VRBO harassing me about extra guests that they are watching from inside cameras. Don’t expect to ever have not 1 extra guest without the owners calling you immediately and eventually calling the police. Do not recommend

This property was perfect for our family. The owners were very friendly and met us at the property to show us around. The owners were prompt in answering any questions and made sure we were comfortable each day. They had chickens on the property which my 7 yr old grandson was fascinated with. They were quite as was the property. It was close to everything we needed and very clean. If we were to travel that way again, we would definitely book this place again. It was reasonably priced and met our traveling needs. It had everything we needed for a relaxing fun adventure.

This property was perfect for our family. The owners were very friendly and met us at the property to show us around. Owners on property were very nice. WiFi login would be helpful if posted inside unit. There are no designated parking spaces for renters. Gated property.

Lovely place to stay!
Jacek and Tina were so lovely! This place is beautiful and so clean with brand new everything. We really enjoyed the quiet and nature. This will definitely be a place we visit again. So spacious, so clean, and the perfect place for a getaway - it's also so close to Carlsbad and the State beach!

Loved the place and eating fresh eggs! Clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen could use some baking pans/sheets and potholders, and it would also be nice for a few other chairs to sit on.
