The home was beautiful and very clean. The mattresses were extremely comfortable! We absolutely loved our stay here.

Rental was good, other than not having a dishwasher, we stayed here rather than a hotel so we could prepare our meals. Probably wouldn't have done it as we spent significant time hand washing dishes.

Nice but disappointed
Not having a garage door or a keypad is a huge inconvenience. All the mattresses are memory foam, and sleep warm. Sheets were very poor quality and wouldn’t stay on the bed. Plenty of signs inside the unit saying “don’t touch/use”. , including use of outdoor patio furniture , and the thermostat.

Overall Great property
The property was great, although there was some difficulty finding it with phone maps. Doesn't have a yard, and the pool is not done yet, but still a great place to stay. Would have liked to have access to garage door openers as the only place to park is in the garage. Very clean and nice place.

We really loved staying in 1125. The only thing it really needs is a fireplace but it's a great place will stay there again.

Fabulous Weekend!
After a year of being very separate because of COVID this trip was great to bring people together! I would highly recommend Red Sands Vacation Properties to anyone. The information was detailed and precise. We loved each of the rooms and the living areas were great for games. Thank you for being so great!
