We have stayed at this property my last 10-12 trips to Port Mansfield. I have been traveling to this destination from the Dallas area for 50 years and find this particular property to be the best set up for short term rentals for serious as well as beginning fisherman. In water boat mooring, fish cleaning table, garage storage, and good sleeping and cooking accommodations make this an ideal set up for tenants like me that travel 9 hours each way to enjoy this fishing Mecca on the Texas gulf coast. The property manager is very cooperative and highly communicative on all aspects of reserving and checking in and out. While it is showing some wear in the tough coastal environment where it’s based it is still the best value and overall prosperity in the area!

Beautiful condo. Perfect location. Once we parked our car and boat trailer in their spacious two car garage we didn't move them for the whole time we were there. Restaurant on one side and a store on the other side just across the street. The boat slip was right there at the condo. Nice pool and the rooms were like new. We loved being at this place and we will be booking it again! Made for a perfect fishing trip.

This property was great for our stay. The location is fantastic and the boat slips are a massive perk. We were the only rental there for all but our last night of a whole week and it was very peaceful. As other reviews have stated, the slips are a little tight. We had a 35' and it was extrely tight. The half bath in the garage (which is gigantic) was a nice bonus as was the private laundry. The only negatives to speak of was in the cleanliness department. The floors were not clean and a lot of the utensils, cups, and cooking stuff needed a good wash before we could use them. One of the showers was not draining, but the prop manager was able to have it taken care of. Overall, nice stay, but there is potential to clean up a bit more.

Stay at a lot of rentals and this one is the best Boat slip, garage, pool cleaning station!!! Everything you need in a fishing trip, oh yah, the accommodations are top notch!!!

The stay at the property was a great find, right on the water easy access to the water, the boat docks are a great asset however I believe that the close quarter maneuvering for larger boats can be a bit tough if you don't have assistance or know your boats limits. The garage is big enough to park 2 trucks and plenty of parking around the units if you have your trailer. The dock area has a great cleaning table for getting your fish cleaned up and with a garden hose right there you can easily hose down all that salt spray and fish stuff from the boat before taking it around to the ramp to reload it for the trip home.

This condo provided everything we needed for an excellent few days of fishing. We were able to be picked up right from the dock, the pool was great, and everything was spotless.

My sweetie and I had vacation plans to stay and fish in Indianola this week and hurricane Nicholas caused us to cancel. On a whim, we decided to go farther south and fish anyways. We checked vrbo and found a spot with a pool, booked the guide and planned our alternative trip. Let me just say that the host was responsive from the start! Before we even booked the property she was quick to answer our questions. Check in was smooth and seamless. The property had everything we needed to grill the fish we caught on Thursday, as well as prepare the sides. We sat down to the nicest meal one could imagine at the dining room table. The outdoor area and pool was a nice touch, too! Sub during the middle of the day, shade in the evening. We even played with the hard heads off the pier at night using the green light. ❤️ 🎣 The double car garage was big enough for my sweetie to park his big ol dually. The washer and dryer and half bath in the garage was an awesome touch. Literally the only one hung you have to bring is food and seasonings and your personal items. Come and stay and relax in comfort here … and go enjoy the awesome fishing at port Mansfield… 😊

Loved our time at Red Fish Condos. Rooms were spacious and each room had a bathroom. It was very quiet at night. It was great having a garage big enough to accommodate our truck. My son and his wife fished off the dock while my grandson and I swam in the pool. Having the pool was a definite plus. My daughter in law and I felt very safe there while our husband's were gone fishing. We will definitely be back there again. Had great communication with the rental host Maria. Maria responded back very quickly and answered all our questions. Check in and check out was a breeze.
