Located in Shoreline, this charming house for $197 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Expertly decorated one bedroom carriage house with private entrance and driveway parking. Private location but easy access to downtown and Shoreline. Wonderful walking trails and conveniently located. We have one bedroom with a Queen bed and another Queen mattress in the living area foldout. Our kitchen is fully equipped with enough appliances and cookware for cooking, baking, and even entertaining! Washer and Dryer in the main house and available upon request. Meeka's guest suite was very comfortable and she was a great host. Clear instructions, always very quick to respond, and even offered to help us do our laundry (and did it very quickly). Good, safe location. Highly recommend this stay.

This carriage house apartment is in a nice neighborhood with green space only seconds away. The apartment was a nice size for two people. We had our children with us, so it was a little tight. But after having stayed in a hotel room together just a week and a half earlier, it felt spacious. We aren’t big fans of being in the city, but we have to come to Seattle at least once a year to go to the children’s hospital. It was a great location for this visit, only 20 minutes away and it was almost a straight shot. As long as our son can still handle stairs we will try to book this again, if they’ll have us. 😁

The carriage house had everything we needed for our long weekend in Seattle for our daughter’s graduation. We loved having the living space, kitchen and Dining table area to play a board game with the family and relax together after the ceremony. The trail, practically at our doorstep provided a beautiful and refreshing nature escape. Thank you Meeka!

We took a trip to visit and enjoy a supercross race, and it was so nice to be able to rest our heads in a quiet, tucked away space. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, and the location was central for our needs. I hope to return in the future. Meeka was very communicative and always provided quick responses. I can't think of a single recommendation for improvement - we loved our stay!

This is a really wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean 1 bedroom place with a great little kitchen, inviting living room, bathroom with a great shower and a setting that includes a lovely path/trail that leads to an overlook of Puget Sound. The VRBO is over the garage, so there is no concern about noise, there is free parking (in the driveway!) and it is moments away from Carkeek park and I-5. Meeka was gracious and flexible and very easy to communicate with. One of our favorite VRBO's ever. Highly recommend.

Our stay at “the carriage house” was perfect! Great location, every thing you would ever need to make our stay great, and so clean and welcoming! Just like home- but home on vacation! Even has hiking trails right next door!!!

This lodging was exactly as advertised—a comfortable one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen, living room, and dining area. It’s tastefully decorated and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and supplies and efficiently arranged. We had an enjoyable stay and the hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it.

Only one night stay. Nice home and apartment in great neighborhood. Only criticism is that coffee maker is too complicated and would have been nice to have a couple bottled waters in the fridge, especially as I didn’t arrive till the evening and left early the next morning and didn’t have the time to run to a store. Will hope to stay again in the future while visiting family.

The pictures look very nice. I think it is better than they show. The property was clean and accommodating. I highly recommend. The fluffiest towels i have ever used, the kitchen was stocked adequately. I slept very well in the bed (most properties don’t have a decent bed-this place does). A good location, quiet but a 5 min drive to I-5. Next to a park and a golf course so it was quiet. Water pressure was strong so showers were comfortable. A solid vacation rental.

Honestly couldn’t have been a better stay. Location was beautiful. The guest house itself was so lovely, the furnishings were tasteful and the decor was so nice. Plus very, very clean. It was just perfect for the two of us, so quiet and peaceful. It was the kind of place you wished you had at your own home. We rented electric assist bikes from Edge & Spoke in Redmond and did the Samammish Trail, it was so fun!

The area is lovely with a short walk to hiking trails. Except for some minor traffic noise it’s quiet and peaceful area. The listing picture shows very bright/light interior spaces. This is not the case. We needed lights on in the daytime to read and see our way around in the kitchen, etc. It’s a very small space but is laid out well.

I really loved the carriage house and the location was just a gorgeous area. We even had a walking trail nearby. We had everything we needed. It was a little far from Seattle center but we used Uber and it got us closer to the action. Thanks Meeka and Tony.

Nice spot near beautiful Llandover Woods. AC was central and worked great. Comfy and clean. Nice kitchen. It was just my husband and me but had our 6 year old spend one night. We would stay here again.

Spent a week in this little paradise away from home & wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect size for the two of us. Centrally located to every place we wanted to go, north or south. Well equipped, very clean & comfortable. My 6'4" husband loved the shower - high showerhead, hot water, great water pressure. Meeka is an outstanding host, very responsive yet we had complete privacy. AC worked well during the warm afternoons, but we loved awakening to that cool Seattle air every morning. Enjoyed hours of walking in the area - trails, parks, neighborhoods. Thanks, Meeka, for sharing your carriage house with us - we loved it!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Landover Escape. Our host Meeka, was attentive yet respectful of our privacy. The carriage house was spacious, well appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. The setting was gorgeous and the location was far enough away from crowds of tourists yet easy to get everywhere we wanted to be. We would definitely recommend this property!
