Any parties will result in cancellation of the reservation and immediate removal from the property with no refund for unused nights. 3) If there are children in the party they are not allowed to be in the pool area without adult supervision (I know this is a given but I have to say it) 4) There are stairs In the property as it is a two story house. Please keep that in mind if you have small children. 5) Do NOT move any furniture.
