Как всегда, очень чисто. Тихий безопасный дворик с номерами, есть мини-кухня с плитой, холодильником и посудой. Вода (горячая и холодная) идёт хорошо. Удобнейшая кровать, есть дополнительные подушки. Много полотенец, так же предоставляется мыло. Приятный милый дизайн. Самостоятельное заселение тоже очень удобно

Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. Мы останавливались здесь в ноябре, когда кондиционер не был нужен, и всё было потрясающе. В жаркое время года мне сложно представить, как здесь ночевать. Также москитная сетка на окне сломана, она не прилегает плотно, щель в 3 пальца. Вай-фай очень слабый, а в туалете вообще не работает. В целом, всё это мелочи, кроме расположения кондиционера

Solo descansamos una noche ! Creo que lo único que me hubiera gustado es haber encontrado una colcha calientita porque hacía frío y quizás si se pudiera haber encontrado café para poder hacer para la cafetera !

Cute and excellent location

Very cute apartment with all the necessary appliances. Good location, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, they responded fast when I needed information or help.

The apartment needs a little maintenance, the light of the bathroom didn't work but they fixed it fast. Also, it would be good if they put a little table or shelf in the bathroom so we can accommodate our things.

Could have been better.

Irene's is a cute little apartment on the ground floor in a Mexican neighbourhood. The bed was comfy and an extra blanket was much appreciated. Also the shower had hot water and it was a quiet night. Irene was very nice and friendly.

Our stay was in January and it was very cold and there was no heat in the apartment. There is an equipped kitchen but no gas for the stove.Thank goodness we didn't buy the makings for chicken fajitas ! The internet was intermittent to poor, only very little in the kitchen nothing in the bedroom. The remote for the TV didn't work. All in all, a little disappointing. So, we went to bed early to keep warm and left early in the morning.

Full apartment- good option for one night

Pet friendly- we have 2 large dogs. This little apartment surprised us- it was cuter than in the photos. Not sure if Luis was a helpful neighbour or if he was the caretaker- either way he was super helpful & friendly.

TV did not work at all. Not enough water pressure in the shower.

Bathroom light was not operational. TV was not functioning. Excessive noise from neighborhood and neighbors. You can here what the people next door are doing.

2 beds, fridge and pretty clean.

place was just fine, just not clean when we arrived (15 min after booking here on booking.com). so we had to go to an early dinner while it was cleaned

A good place to stay in San Felipe. The more care needs to be taken with the cleanliness of the air conditioner and fans

property is very secure. With high walls in a gate. The owner of the property was there to greet us and was very helpful and nice.

The fans were noisy and so was the air conditioner. It sounded like a jet plane taking off. Also, the fans in the air conditioner all needed to be cleaned. They were very dusty.

Loud parties in the complex. The air conditioner was very loud and disrupted my sleep. Lack of drinking water.

overall very dissatisfied , will never stay here

the only thing I like was the air conditioner in the room

no air conditioning in the living room, they were some dead cockroaches, there was only 1 used toilet paper in the bathroom, we went to buy more waited too long for the owner to give us the code to open the door, is a very small tiny pace, no WiFi available, the bed very uncomfortable hard, the place is not a walking distance from Malecon, neighbors very noise loud music , do yourself a favor and stay somewhere closer to Malecon for a little bit more money, trust

Clean, comfy, great owner and 6 blocks from Malecon.

clean, quiet and location was convenient. The owner Irene was very kind and accommodating. Our coffee maker was not working and she immediately made a trip to the store and bought a new one and delivered it with filters.

The only complaint would be that it could use a shelf in the bathroom as there isn’t any real place to put your toiletries and it can get a bit noisy from barking dogs next door but having the air on can solve that issue.

Adequate but will most likely not stay there again.

the courtyard parking, altho it was all sand.

it was very old and tho they had painted the condo to update it the years of wear and tear very evident. Not enough outlets, stove didn’t work.

We've managed to cope up with our stay.

Location is so close to Malecon and the nearby restaurants and stores.

The lack of lights in the bathroom and in the living room needs to get checked. The water heater in the shower is not working. Aircon and fan is noisy. They need to add a mirror in the room. Add trash can in the kitchen. There is only one in the bathroom.

No breakfast, no working coffee maker

No address marked on the building. No towel, sponge, dish soap, or garbage in the kitchen. No lighter for the burners. Bathroom not very clean

Irene is very friendly and the place is spacious.

The place wasn't clean when I arrived so the host had to rush to clean it. A little pricey for the area.

as pictured. very clean. bed very comfortable.

I don’t think the stove worked. we didn’t need for our one night stay so no big deal. we rented during off season and owners not easy to contact. maybe because it was mid January and they were not expecting the reservation. but we did eventually contact for entry to apartment. once in, we were very satisfied with the apartment and cleanliness. I would stay there again.
