great location… both in the middle of the town (only 5 min walk) and also in the middle of nature (we woke up with birds every morning).

The breakfast was amazing, always fresh. The staff were fantastic and so attentive. Honesty would stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family. All the staff were so friendly. They all made sure they came to say goodbye as we left after breakfast.

The breakfast was very good and the oatmeal was made perfectly. The dinners at the hotel were also classy and good alternatives for going out to eat.
The location of the hotel was very good with 200+ meters to Kitzbuhel-Hahnenkamm train stop and at the same time to Hahnenkamm Bahn ski lift. I loved my small room in the attic with a balcony facing the mountain.

Friendly, well located with a personal rather than big hotel feel. The family were very welcoming and helpful and went the extra mile. Close to the town centre but you still felt in the countryside.
The artwork ranged from traditional Austrian (which we loved) but included too many mixed modern styles which could be pared back.

This family run hotel provided top notch service and genuine hospitality. Location was walkable to gondola, train station, and the village center. The interior and exterior of the property were beautifully decorated and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the optional dinner service was convenient for staying in.

We had the best welcome we've ever had on our travels. Klaus and the team were amazing, friendly attentive, personable and always professional. The standards in the hotel were really good, the decor and atmosphere were a perfect combination for a relaxing stay. Location was excellent, a 3 minute walk into town and the station and cable car were even closer.
The duration of our stay wasn't long enough.

You cannot get a drink after 10pm in the evening.

I am an international airline pilot. I fly around the world and live in hotels. This is the best. Very clean. Good food. The best hosts EVER. Veronika and Claus are the best. My 18yo daughter didn’t want to leave.
