If it's time to escape to the mountains, come to Lead and stay in this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo, offering both comfort and convenience. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably, perfect for couples, families with children or business travelers. The space Our lovely 900 square foot condo features two large bedrooms each with walk in closet, queen sized bed, mirror, dresser and 4k TV. We also have a foldout twin bed and a queen air mattress available. The living room has a full sized couch and love seat to allow your family the space to relax and a 4k TV for your entertainment. All TVs have built in FireTV with apps for your favorite streaming services. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and HBO are waiting for you to log in. Local and cable channels available in the living room using YouTube TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, Keurig machine, dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, pots and pans, baking dishes, blender, toaster, and storage containers. We've stocked necessities like dish washing soap/detergent, cooking oil and spices, and enough complimentary coffee and hot chocolate K cups to get your stay started. In the bathroom, we provide hand soap, towels, make up wipes, hair dryer, toilet paper and tissue paper. Throughout the condo, you can access secure, hi speed, wireless internet to support your entertainment or business needs. Wi-Fi speeds 266 Mbps down, 16 Mbps up We also have a pack-n-play, height chair seat and kids plates, plastic ware and cups to use if you are traveling with infants or toddlers. The height chair seat can be attached to the bar stools to help with feeding time. Guest access Guests will have full access to the condo during their stay. There are coin operated laundry machines just down the hall...complementary detergent can be found in the entry closet. Other things to note The condo features an electronic lock so you'll receive a code that provides access for the length of your stay. We have one dedicated parking spot for our guests. There is a public parking ramp just down the block from our complex should additional off street space be needed. The condo is on the second floor, but it is accessible by both stairs and a walking ramp. The base of the ramp is directly in front of the parking space. Smoking is permitted outside on the covered deck where patio table/chairs are available for use.

This condo was perfect for the groom's family (1 couple + 2 singles). Lead was a great location to stay for wedding events in Spearfish and Sturgis (golf, wedding ceremony and reception). Very clean and updated. They have everything you might need. They brought us extra towels due to the multiple events we had to get ready for each day. Keith and Sharon were so easy to communicate with and they were very accommodating! Recommend for two couples but we were able to easily make it work! Easy parking and access to the condo. Thank you Keith and Sharon!

Elevation 5213 condo was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. This property was perfect for our needs while out exploring the area. A safe place to stay, SUPER cozy, perfect amount of supplies on hand, very clean, we loved playing Aggravation that was in the closet! Bed was comfy. The view was a retaining wall but we were gone all day so it didn’t matter to us. Would definitely stay again!

Condo is in a great location. Very clean Felt very safe We didn’t cook however lots of great dishes etc. A HUGE shout out for everything that was stocked which is not always the norm in other VRBO. We had lots of coffee pods paper towels toilet paper soap extra towels blankets etc. TVs were great. Price was very reasonable. Beds and couches were comfy. Parking is adequate However one night our spot was poached. We plan on returning.

The condo is located in a very convenient spot with Deadwood being just down the road and hiking/fishing within a reasonable distance. The stay was very comfortable for 4 people - beds were great, internet capable TVs were great, and the full kitchen saved us on having to eat out for all of the meals!

We enjoyed our stay at Elevation 5213. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our trip relaxing and enjoyable. The owner Keith was in contact with us from the time of reservation, a week before our trip and throughout our stay. This was my first stay with owners that care about their guests stay. The parking situation was the only down fall of the stay which ended up being a minor issue. We drive a conversion van, and we could not get in the assigned space. We did find a parking space that was fairly close, so this was not a big problem. We are frequent visitors to this area and intent on keeping this condo in our sites for future visits.

Condo was better than described. Location is great for Lead and driving to Deadwood. Access to the full kitchen was great save lots of money on eating out. Beds are very comfortable. Internet TV was great for the ones that were under 21. We will be booking again in the future.

For our SD vacation, my wife and I were NOT looking for a hotel in the Lead/Deadwood region and struggled to find a VRBO unit as there aren't many offerings in that area. We were fortunate to find this unit when we booked back in May. The unit was functional for our needs of an accessible place to stay (i.e. to Deadwood, Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Custer SP) , ability to stretch out after long days traveling around the region, and have our breakfasts in house. Lots of little extras were provided like tissues, make-up removers, dish detergent, etc. The only improvements suggested were for some fresh bed pillows (we actually picked up two) and some local TV channels although the streaming channel provided was a nice touch. The 2nd floor access was easy too as we parked right in front of a ramp walkway to the 2nd floor.
