The location was perfect for exploring downtown Frederick but the house had ants and random hair scattered about. Overall worth the stay if you aren’t paying a premium and you adjust your expectations.

Overall our stay was just fine. We stayed with our family of four and the property was more than spacious enough for all of us. The property itself seemed pretty new but definitely showed signs of wear and tear (ie toilet paper holders broken and hanging off the wall, very dirty rugs, dirty decorative pillows and furnishings, doorknob was loose and falling out of the door, and very worn towels). There were also spiders and cobwebs everywhere and it did smell a little like a basement even though it wasn't. I think it's also worth noting that the outdoor space is really unusable because it is not kept up and there is overgrown grass and debris everywhere. I think the property could use a deep cleaning inside and out, along with steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery, and a little TLC and then would be an amazing place to stay right in the heart of Frederick. If all these things were addressed we would stay again.

It’s a really pleasant place to stay in the city of Frederick - you are a short walk away from downtown restaurants, shopping and the lovely Carroll Creek Park. The bedrooms were very quiet with no street noise, (though you can hear people walking upstairs.) We would definitely stay here again.

An excellent renovation of an older property. Amenities were great with two stylish baths and a fully outfitted kitchen with laundry. The private parking out in back of the house was a plus.

Close enough to walk to the fun and awe-inspiring activities on the canal during the Fire In Ice Festival, but far enough away that the noise of the festivities wasn’t heard inside the condo. We enjoyed the rental over Christmas. The city is so walkable and the property is close to many restaurants, shops and the beautiful park and paths. It was spacious and easy to access.

I met a friend for an overnight in Frederick and this was a great spot. The condo was spotless and modern. It is right in the center of town and is quite spacious and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The only reason I didn’t give it a “5” was because when I walked in, it was freezing —57 degrees. It took me a bit of time to figure out the thermostat and a couple of hours to warm up. Only other recommendation I would have is for a little better communication about the location of the parking. It was dark when I arrived, and I had trouble figuring out how to access the alley behind the house for the parking spot. The condo itself is perfect.

I stayed here for a weekend in Frederick with my sisters. The location couldn't have been better. Right off the park a block from Market Street. We walked ourselves silly. It is such a fun, quaint town with great restaurants l. The condo was clean and all on one level, which was perfect for my sister with mobility challenges. It is clear that it has been remodeled recently with modern amenities. You need to be prepared for a true city experience and all the sounds that come with that, my one sister who lives in a quiet suburb was not. 🤪 We love Frederick and I will be back with my husband very soon. So glad we found this spot.

Great, clean apartment in the perfect location in downtown Fredrick with good parking!

Ideally situated just yards from Carroll Creek Linear Park and all that downtown Frederick has to offer. Spacious interior. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Host was extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. If there are guests in the unit upstairs, you may hear them.

This is a super convenient location for downtown Frederick. It's also a very well kept and spacious condo. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a well equipped and spacious property. Attractive and easy to get everywhere in Frederick by foot or driving.

The first day we found mold on the ceiling in bathroom 1 and mold on the shower curtain in bathroom 2. We messaged the property manager immediately, but we never heard back over the four-day stay. Throughout the entire house, there was only a single bottle of soap which was empty. Lipstick stains on a pillow and broken furniture. The location is good. The place is nice if it were properly cleaned and mold free.

The place was beautiful with a great modern look. The location was amazing - right across the street to the path along the water to Old Town. We came to attend a Wedding at The Distillery and this location was in perfect walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a festival going on the day we arrived, would have been nice to have been informed that we might have a bit of trouble getting to our rental. Approximation to restaurants and Carroll Creek was excellent. Very clean rental, lots of amenities. A small lamp in second bedroom would have been nice as one sister enjoys reading in bed. Also small lights illuminating step up into kitchen/dining area would have been a safety addition as a few stumbles were made. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental.

Location was great for walking around downtown. The place is really nice and lots of room to spread out. Having parking was a huge plus too. We plan to stay again when we visit!
