Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and the resort oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. TWO reserved parking spaces, central air conditioning, washer and dryer too. Accessible without stairs. 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi. Note: Fireplace is not available for guest use. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 9. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Can't recommend this place except for its location. Unit was dirty, sheets were gross (with stains and flies on them). Terrible experience

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice. The view was amazing. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. The beach was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back again.

The location couldn’t have been better and the condo was very clean and had everything I needed. The balcony was a great size. Just a short walk to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Convenient location with a great view. Never had issues with elevator wait and it was very quiet and relaxing. My only complaint is that the place wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. We found chocolate on the floor and the bath tub was a little moldy.

Condo by the sea. The condo is on the The ninth floor. It’s On the top floor. Unbelievable view. Easy to get to. Very accessible. Security personnel grounds immaculate and beautiful. Very close to the beach. A short accessible walk to the downtown boardwalk. 10 to 15 minutes. Lots of supplies across the street. Check in was fast and efficient. Walls were a little thin with noise transmission in the unit and from adjacent units. We always bring a noisemaker so we slept well. We had some issues with toiletries and maintenance supplies that we addressed with Vacasa. The parking space was very tight since one side is a wall with lockers. We parked outside in one of the random spots which worked out quite well

The view is spectacular! The unit fit our needs for the most part. The beds were decently comfortable and the living area was spacious enough. The kitchen did not have all the cooking utensils we were hoping for - couldn’t find a spatula - but we made due! The location is amazing - we loved the Sea Colony buildings and will definitely be back. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The indoor pool was open and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Great for families!

Our trip was phenomenal. The check in process was seamless everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They gave us all the information needed and we went straight to our building. Unfortunately when we arrived to park in the assigned spot given there was another car in our space. I was concerned because my parents are elderly and my Dad is disabled so we didn’t want them walking too far . I was told to call the property manager number immediately to solve the situation and we did over 20 times and left messages but they didn’t respond the entire length of our stay. I think that is extremely poor customer service. But on a good note the condo was fabulous and the location was superb . The decor was beautiful and we loved everything. We did however pack our own bedding and towels as we read the reviews that the ones in the pictures aren’t provided and they aren’t. I would actually opt out of the linen service next time as the bedding was horrible, the sheets and blankets were ripped and worn. The towels provided were also of very poor quality. Overall the condo itself the ocean front views and the beautiful beach made every else not matter. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Not the best first impression

The location and view can't be beat. However, there were no blankets or pillows on any of the beds, and although we were brought some from the property manager, the quality and appearance was significantly degraded. Additionally, there were no brooms or dust pans, and the older vacuum just distributed any sand further through out the room. After fully re-cleaning and waiting on sub-par bedding, it was a very nice week. Ultimately I do not believe it met the price point for the room.
