Mal sabor de boca con el personal y la gerente muy grosera

En las fotos se ve con balcon y al llegar no habia en la habitacion, nos trataron super mal porq mi pareja fumo, pero para eso queriamos el balcon, pero el trato fue horrible , nos corrieron y nunca fuimos groseros

Missum, recomendable y pet friendly

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí. Creo que eso dice mucho. Excelentes habitaciones, bien equipadas y muy buena atención.

Que en el patio que incluía mi habitación (202) caen las colillas de cigarro de los inquilinos vecinos, de otros pisos, que fuman.

A nice, secure apartment and friendly staff in a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay here.

It is a really nice apartment inside of a gated community with 24 hour security at street entrance. The location was convenient to both Puebla and Cholula. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was stocked. There is a nice roof top terrace and fitness center and secured parking garage.

Beds were comfortable but too small. There wasn't much of a view (our bedroom looked out on a parking garage and our living room looked out on a yard where equipment was being stored) because we were on the 2nd floor. From the photos in their ad, we were expecting a nicer view.

Modern and convenient place

The apartment is brand new, nicely decorated and good equipped. It is in a safe and quiet private area.

During winter times it was very cold as the apartment has no heating.

excellent place to stay! front desk staff was awesome

really comfortable place, near to everything. sparkling clean

the door opening for the garage, one security guard takes like 15 mins to open even when we called him and he was on the front desk looking at us

Really comfortable

The place was really safe as it was in a closed area with security guard. The apartment was full equipped and cozy with a lot of natural light. Good wifi and parking space. The staff wad friendly and nice.

They had toaster and blender but for rent, and they gave us only one bottle of water which would be nicer if they have filter water for guest in the room or in the building.

The place is new, clean and nice.

We liked the kitchen, the ample room, and the cleanliness. Its location is good, especially if you have a car and want to visit Cholula and also Puebla. The rooftop has a nice view of the city.

I would have liked an extra pillow, being on a higher floor, and having a fan or air conditioner. They said we could have asked for a fan, though. We didn't know that.

Disappointing

I had to unplug the refrigerator at night, it was too noisy. Hot and cold shower, hard bed, no reading lamps but cold and undimmable spot lights, only hard feather pillows available no option for allergics.
