Near Sea Colony's Great Pine Lake, this first floor, one-level 2-bedroom (and den), 2-bath garden-style condo makes a great base camp for your next Coastal Delaware adventure. Enjoy the large wraparound screened porch (with wooded view). The interior features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the main suite. The second bedroom with two twin beds can be converted to a King bed using the converter kit. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer round out essential amenities, while three TVs, one DVD, one Blu-Ray, and Wifi provide ample entertainment options. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. The fireplace is not for guest use. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This unit was nicely decorated but there were issues. The biggest issue was that we had an ant issue. We moved the couches and found food crumbs, etc that looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. There was no vacuum so we had to borrow one from another unit where some of our family was staying. The second issue were the beds. They were not comfortable. Not only did the beds squeak when you moved, the mattresses are old and need to be replaced.

Some parts could have been cleaner. Sofa bed had sand and some trash left. Bunk bed squeaked with every move. King bed springs could be felt. Overall it was fine for short 2 nights stay. Easy check in and check out.

Very simple and clean decorations. No clutter! Lots of places to store food. Very comfortable for family of five. All of the beds were creaky. Kids woke up from rolling over in their beds from noise, especially bunk beds. Master bedroom needs a new mattress.
