Great house. Only thing was that one of the beds was broken. Owner replaced it after 2 days but she said she didn’t know about it. She responded to us and did her best.

We had a perfect one-night stay! The property was safe, clean, and beautiful, and the kitchens (there are two!) were very well stocked! Loved everything about the property!

We came to see the fall colors and stay somewhere close to trails and close to shopping and dining. The property was just as great as the pictures shown in listing and kitchen was very well stocked with items. We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home and look forward to staying again in the future!

Group of 10 adults skiing park city. There was a lot of space, big kitchen, lots of beds and bathrooms which was important. Our minor maintenance requests were handled promptly. Great location for free bus to Park City skiing or for going downtown (probably for Deer Valley, too, but we skied PCMR). Convenient location for grocery store, ABC store, nearby walmart, etc. Would stay there again. Was clean and plenty of space.

The posting say sleeps up to 18, we had 17 in our group. There are 3 bathrooms and when we checked in the entire condo had 6 rolls of toilet paper for 17 people for 3 days??? So yeah we had to go out and but more toilet paper. It says it has AC, well that is a COMPLETE JOKE! I’m hoping that winter stays are more comfortable! We were not able to get the indoor temperature on the main for or the upstairs to under 78 degrees, which means over 80 upstairs. The AC compressor FROZE up once or twice a day because it was running NONSTOP when we just tried and get the indoor temperature to 75 degrees. With 17 people it was miserable. Yes they have ceiling fans, but they just moved the hot air that rises around! This mentions just a few of the things that really made for a unpleasant stay, if you wanted to hangout inside playing games in the evening.

We had a great stay at Bear Hollow Village. The layout was great so the kids could hang out downstairs in the evenings while the adults had our own space. Convenient to the slopes, dining and shopping. Would rent again!

We recently stayed at this property and it was everything advertised. Beautiful and convenient location to the slopes, Park City downtown and the Olympic Village. This property was clean and well kept and offered everything we needed in our stay. The property managers and the owners were responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for a team to use. It has a garage for equipment storage, and plenty of sleeping space for athletes without the feel that you are on top of each other. It would be nice to have the garage heated in the winter, we tried using a space heater to keep it warm but the fuse box wasn't capable of handling the load. Other than this small issue we loved staying hear and look forward to staying with you in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in easy. Close to grocery store and restaurants. 5 min from Canyons, 10 min from Park City. House was clean and there were plenty of towels. Not a ton of pantry items but plenty of cookware and dishware. Had minor issues with one washing machine (there are 2 on property) not working and early issues with using the smart tv’s but the property managements were very responsive, even on a holiday. The only quibble is that the house isn’t set up that great for a large party to ski. Just not a large enough mud area for boot/ equipment storage. That being said it was a really minor issue that wasn’t a barrier at all. Would stay again!

We had a weekend get together with some friends The place was comfortable and clean. We loved the overall layout of the place and the amount of space the rooms had. We will definitely look into staying here in the future. Hot tub was an added bonus.

The property was great. We had 14 people from 9 years old to 67 and it was perfect for everyone. Location is ideal for outlets, Smiths Supermarket, and an abundance of food within a mile. Short drive to Canyons (3-4 minutes) and to Downtown Park City (9-10 minutes).

There were areas of the house that were much smaller than the phots represented , but overall the house was great. With the exception of the carpets needing cleaning. Particularly the stairs carpet. Cute house

The home was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. The bunk room was so nice that our group of four teenage girls all slept there and we wound up with an extra bedroom even with a total of seven people. We never ran out of hot water and the kitchen was well appointed. Communication from the owner was great, including the welcome email. We will be back.
