About this condo rental
Directly on the slope of Eagle's Swoop our condo is in a central location to everything in the Wintergreen Resort! Enjoy a true ski in/ski out experience with mountain views. Park your car in our designated parking spot and walk to The Market at Wintergreen, the Skyline Pavilion (Ski Rental & Lift Ticket Office) and The Edge & Coppermine restaurants that overlook the slopes. The condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one pullout sectional with a memory foam mattress in the living room. 1 and a half bathrooms. Fast WiFi and 3 TVs with streaming capabilities. Firewood is provided for our wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is renovated with granite countertops and a white tile backsplash. It's fully equipped with kitchen essentials and a Keurig coffee machine. The unit is recently updated with fresh paint, new furniture, new mattresses on both beds, new carpet in the bedrooms and more modern hardware. Use our ski closet to safely store your gear! Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. (Some restrictions apply). Wintergreen is truly a 4 season destination! Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter. The spring and fall are great seasons for golfing and hiking. Or get your adventure on at the Discovery Ridge Adventure Center and visit the local breweries and wineries. Enjoy our two community pools- Rhodes Farm (in the valley) and Chestnut Springs (heated and on the mountain) available Memorial Day- Labor Day or visit Lake Monocan if you're coming for a visit in the summer! Come enjoy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains all year long! **Please note- we have a Ring cam outside the front door of the condo to monitor for theft, parties and undisclosed pets. Failure to disclose of pets (or pay the associated fees) will result in additional charges. Parties are not allowed.**

Great location for skiing in and out on eagle swoop run! Condo is clean and was very quiet during our Christmas stay. Plenty of firewood for a cozy fire indoors and outside at a patio by the ski hill. Ski closet very handy for your gear. We prepared all of our meals there too. Overall excellent stay with parents and 2 adult children.

Lindsay is a wonderful host and very helpful. The condo has a great location ski in/ski out onto Eagle Swoop ski slope; walk to the ski rentals, restaurants, and the resort.

Lindsay's place in Wintergreen was perfect for our mountain weekend getaway. The unit is exactly as described-- clean, cozy, and in arguably one of the best locations in the resort! You're located across the road from The Market, the Mountain Inn, and resort restaurants with a beautiful view off the balcony to boot. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already looking at the calendar for our next visit :)

This Wintergreen condo offered a home away from home. Located at the top of resort, it was convenient to the state park, hiking trails, wineries and breweries in the area. The property was very clean and offered the opportunity for our dog to join us. We plan on coming back and enjoying some more time there.

Hard to find a fault here. We came to see the beautiful fall colors. This is a modern, comfortable and spotless property in a very desirable location. Owner takes pride in this property. Well equipped. Beds have quality mattresses. Assigned parking. Steps from restaurants and a very nice market. You can ski directly from the property. Communication with host was seamless. Look no further if you're interested in visiting Wintergeen.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and roomy! Bedrooms were a good size and mattresses very comfortable. We’ll most definitely consider returning in the future!

Wintergreen is a wonderful place to visit anytime of year! Our accommodations were as described... perfect location (close to everything), very clean, well appointed and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

This condo was right in the middle of slope. Beautiful natural light from sliding glass door and terrace overlooking side of mountain. Walkable to trails, general store and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked good and condo was laid out well for two couples. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable furniture. Would recommend for location alone. Everything else was a bonus. Also our dog loved it!

We came to this area to attend some Wintergreen Music Festival concerts. It was so nice to be able to get to the concerts as well as restaurants with just a short walk. The unit is lovely and the host was always prompt to answer any questions we had.

We wanted a weekend getaway in the mountains for my sisters 60th birthday and this fit our bill. Beautiful area to walk trails and enjoy the outdoors during the summer. Lindsay, the owner was very attentive and met our needs during our stay. Very quick to respond to our requests.

This property had easy access to the center of activities. It had a nice balcony to enjoy a beautiful mountain view. We liked the natural landscaping and the overall layout of the apartment. We would stay here again!

We completely loved this place. It provided well needed R and R together. Our host, Lindsey was very helpful and communicated quickly with answers to any questions we had. It was a little chilly this weekend and I wasn't properly prepared attire wise. The inn had a great shop to buy warmer clothes. The unit was clean and had updated decor and the bed was super comfy! This was exactly what our family needed. We didn’t want to leave. Some great options to walk to and others a very short drive. If it was ski season the accessibility to the mountain would be great. Even with it not being ski season being about to walk on the mountain, especially with a kid and dog, was great. We would definitely recommend this place to stay all year round.

Loved the location, walkable to everything and enjoyed being able to have our dog with us. It was really fun watching the people skiing from the back deck. The condo needs a little more up keep. The rug was rolling up, duvet cover had a large tear in it and some of the fixtures were loose. This may be more of an issue with the property manager vs the owners of this great condo.

Perfect for a small group. We had 4 people and I couldn’t have been happier. Location was amazing for skiing and walking to the restaurants and shops etc. highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Really nice condo! Comfortable beds, great views of the ski mountain. We really enjoyed watching the skiers go down the mountain. Very cozy atmosphere with the burning fireplace and Mountain View’s.

We stayed here last year also, mainly because of the close proximity to the lodge and restaurants and the cleanliness of the property. The property manager was, once again, a delight to work with!

We stayed here the perfect week in October. The colors were beautiful! The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are 2 hikes within about 1/4 mile of the apartment, just past the overlook. We had 3 adults, one who worked remotely during the week. The internet was stable and didn't have issues. The owners are very responsive to emails through VRBO. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I recently became property owners at Wintergreen, so I booked this stay to get a feel for living in the neighborhood. This location at Eagle's Court really could not be any more convenient. The Market and Mountain Inn (along with shops and restaurants) are all easy walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we ended up barely using it with all the other options nearby. This was not a situation where the photos made the property look nicer than it really is - what you see is what you get, and in this case that's a good thing! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the decor was tasteful and not overdone (can't say the same for every property at Wintergreen...) The beds are extremely comfortable if you're the type who likes a firm mattress. As shown in the photos, you get a little bit of a view from the deck, but I also recommend walking to the top of Eagle's Swoop for a great sunset view (there are also many other locations elsewhere in the community that are great for sunset viewing). It seemed like most of the other properties in Eagle's Court were unoccupied during our stay, so it was quite peaceful for us. This location would probably seem a lot busier, yet even more convenient, during ski season with access to the slopes right behind the condo. Communication with the owner was great, they helped us change our stay to add an additional night on very short notice. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I had a great time at Wintergeen. The condo was comfortable and spacious. My dad enjoyed his birthday weekend here. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Very nice cozy condo and surrounding area! Condo was clean and well laid out.. Breathtaking views of sunrise were near courtyard area of The Mountain Inn, a short walk from condo. Couple of things that we discovered which was minor was the A/C unit was a tad loud and we had to turn the TV up to Volume 50 to hear what was on. The 2nd item is the parking. Someone parked in our space on our 3rd night there. We addressed with owner/manager. Car was moved to rightful space but did not leave enough space for our vehicle. Owner said lines were supposed to be painted to help with this. Owner was very responsive and very helpful.
One other issue that husband brought to my attention just now...may want to consider ceiling fans! It was extremely warm in bedroom at night even with thermostat set at 68°.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit to this area and highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Wintergreen and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfectly stocked with all we needed. Would definitely make a return visit.

Excellent summer get away!
My wife and I love going to Winter Green in the summer to get away from the heat and to do some hiking. We’ve stayed at several condos on the mountain but this was the best. Great location. Great accommodations. Very fair price. I highly recommend this unit. We will be back!

Comfortable
We had a great time in the condo with the comfort to the surrounding beauty right outside. There was so much to do from hiking to swimming and golfing to the little 4th of July festival right down the road. We enjoyed a few evening fires and grilling outside and appreciated the little market across the street for anything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

This home checked all the boxes. Clean and enough space for the 4 of us with a nice common outdoor fire pit area. We had fires outside every night and met neighbors. Walking distance to the resort and the market. Great value and stay.

Great property and location. Conveniently located right off the ski run, across the street from the market and easy walk to lifts/restaurants. Peaceful neighborhood and great views of the mountains. Condo was fully stocked and comfortable. Pet friendly and easy communication with the owner.

Me and my fiancé love the location of this condo it is perfect if you love the little market like us. It’s in a nice quiet section perfect suited for my fiancé and our friends! We enjoyed our first stay here we had to come back and plan on returning again!
