A Beautifully decorated 2-Bedroom Condo that is bright and cheery - a place to be when you are on the Beach! It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room that sits 4 with 3 bar chairs. The sizable master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with hanging flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with a flat screen TV. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. Guests can enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony, southern exposure. Beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie board/toys are not supplied by owner. Replacements are guests responsibility. We provide beach and bath towels and linens. We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access. Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive.
