Good location, clean and modern apartment, easy self check-in and check-out.

Host expects guests to clean dishes but does not provide dishwasher (Noone wants to buy dishwasher for a 2-3 nights stay). Also basic things like salt and oil would not be too expensive to provide. Leftovers from previous guests are thrown away. At least there was one role of toilet paper.

Nice clean and cosy apartement, perfect for leisure but not well prepared for business traveller.

The apartment is brand new, fully automated key code door & reception worked perfectly well. Apartment was nice, clean and well equipped. I would have loved to give you 5 star rating if there wasn't this hassle of getting an invoice for my stay, see details on "negative" below.

Sorry friends but if I announce during booking that I'm travelling on business and need an invoice issued to my company then it should not happen that I need to drop a reminder email on that, get no response, need to call service desk who tells me to write an email to guestservice and even they don't manage to send me invoice within a day. Am I the first one requiring an invoice?????

Pretty nice apartment, but not equipped as a family studio and bad service

The apartments are modern, pretty well equipped and located in a calm residential area with a nice view. The bus stop that takes you to down town Gothenburg is just around the corner.

Our "Family studio" was not equipped for four persons. This included bedding for just three persons, just 2 chairs at the dining table, cutlery, etc. So we had to share. Worst thing was that after reporting this oversight at check-in it was not resolved immediately, or even the next day so we had to make due for our entire stay of 2 nights. It seems they do not have staff on site and they are mostly geared towards long stay. To be fair, eventually they did gave us a partial refund which is why I have still rated them at as 5. If the service would have been good, I would have rated them at an 8.

The apartment had all facilities for one weekend trip. A bit away from the down town but with good commuting.

I got many emails with the same info about how to get there and get the keys. But when I was there any of the emails had the pincode for the keybox. It took long for us to communicate with them and get access to the apartment.

Very nicely located apartment, apart from the pillows

The location is about 20-30 minutes travel from the city centre (depending on the time of the day) by bus, which was pretty good for us. The small nature reserve Angeredsbergen is in walking distance from the apartment, which is nice for a walk of a few hours. The beds are quite comfy, as is the furniture in general.

One thing we missed is somewhat more rooms to put our clothes, as well as an easy shelf to stock some books. One less minor thing were the bed pillows: they were very thin and provided very little comfort. Consider taking your own pillow if you're used to a larger pillow. Also, we had bought several food items that we couldn't take home, but we were told very strictly to throw those things away. That doesn't feel right for a city that presents itself to provide the "most sustainable" holiday times.

The living environment is very nice, with the kitchenwares, toilet ware , etc pretty complete !

As I need to frequently commune between Chalmers and home. The location is only 20m away from buses that easily reach to Chalmers . Also, most buses could reach Mölndal easily as well , making different kind of travelling ( via train) and also shopping nicely ! Also the self-serve shopping mart downstairs is definitely a bonus !! Many thanks for the great experiences !

The only think may be if need a fast food at night, it will be not easy... though I think it is not a very big deal. However, if it is the case for you , then you may need to reconsider, despite there are buses going to city relatively frequency ( but not very) . Another consider point is that the Kitchen living room and the bed are in the same place, so aware of that if that is something importance to you.

Very good

The bus station was really close to the property, helpful staff, the neighborhood was quiet and the apartment is well equipped.

The was no basic amenities for cleaning or cooking (soap, salt, oil, ...)

Pleasant

The room was really small and not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children. 2 folding chairs, limited glassware and cutlery also were an indication for this. Furthermore, there were not enough towels in the beginning and it took 2 days to bring those.

Who do live around there - rabbits or hares?

I enjoyed the commodities, the wide range of equipment, e.g. a microwave, a fridge, an oven, cutleries etc. Didn't check the TV, though, but I was impressed by the variety of lights in the studio. The bed was very comfortable and the nearby space is relatively quiet and green.

The floor in the bathroom was not heated and rather cold during the nights. Some problems with air circulation: when the windows are closed, it's almost impossible to sleep. I lacked the herbs, salt and sugar: only few portions were offered by the hotel, while the only alternative was to buy big packs. And I'd recomment to add some desinfectants or stuff like this due to covid times.

Nice studio - quiet and fully equipped

Quiet location away from the city centre, but well connected through public bus. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is really comfortable. We would come back again.

There is no supermarkets around, only a convenience store downstairs which is self-service and can't be used if you don't have a Swedish ID number.

Great location!

The shop below was excellent. The room was clean and plenty of linen Good location. Roomy and comfortable. Communication and ease picking up keys/codes.

The neighbours were a bit noisy. Need access to washing machine - the washing room was booked out for all 3 days we were there. It would be better to have a washing machine in the apartment. Need to supply extra dish washing liquid/ tablets/ toilet paper for family groups.

Apartment was good in size and stuff in apartment is good. Check in and check out was very smooth. Apartment is in good location.

Cleanliness was not that good. There were some dust were on dining chair and also under the dining table. And also there was no soap in bathroom for cleaning your hand. So we have bought and kept their, so that next guest can use that.

Beyond excellent !

Everything is thought out ! Everything a person might need in an apartment is thought out ! I'm sure you will feel at home. Especially all kitchen equipment.Everything was very clean and new. Don't look for other places to stay ! You can prepare the meals you want with pleasure in the perfectly prepared kitchen of the apartment. You can reach the city center in less than 15 minutes by bus number 25 from the bus stop right in front of the apartment.

Check in and check out is done out from another hotel. If your luggage is both heavy and large at the same time, you may have a hard time. If you are coming from the airport and using public transportation, you must first go to the central station and walk to the hotel where you will get the key. The distance is not far but walking with suitcases is difficult. Then walk the same road again with your luggage and take another public transport and arrive at the apartment. If you want to do all these operations by taxi, there is no possibility to wait in front of the hotel where you will get the key. You have to repeat the same procedure when checking out. However, if your luggage is light, these procedures do not force you or if you are not traveling alone.

Very good staff, answering the phone immediately. Very clean. Very quiet. Beautiful panorama (apt 1302) Close to everything. Easy parking. Newly renovated. Perfect. Recomended!
