It is located in the Village West complex in the heart of Siesta Key Village. This 2nd floor condo is one of only a handful of townhomes and condos in this complex, and you'll have access to it's heated community pool and 1 Reserved Parking Space. You'll love the relaxed coastal vibe of this unit, and it is just steps from the beach, the pool, Siesta Key Village and so much fun! This vacation home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. On the ground level you will find a storage closet for your beach equipment, access to the community pool, and the staircase to the condo unit. The condo is elevated and does require a few stairs to enter the home. There is no elevator on site. Upon entering the home, you'll find the Great Room and Balcony access to your left, and both Bedrooms and Bathrooms down the hallway to your right. The great room contains the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and a Balcony. The fully stocked kitchen opens directly to the dining and living area so the chef of the family won't feel excluded. The dining area has seating for 6-8 people, with a 4 top outdoor table on the balcony as well. The living room is the perfect size with plenty of seating. You can enjoy the TV with HDTV Comcast service, as well as WiFi throughout the home. Down the hallway, you'll find the condo's 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Bed, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom features a 2 - Twin over Full Bunk Beds (sleeps 6) with a bathroom just outside of this room with a shower/tub combination. This bath also doubles as the living area bathroom. Just a short one-minute walk to the beach, via Siesta Key Beach Access 4, and you'll be enjoying the #1 Beach in the USA and #3 Beach in the World according to Trip Advisor. 2 Beach chairs are provided to guests to use at the beach at no cost. No need to carry your chairs to the beach here, this home also has a beach wagon and a beach cooler. The condo is literally located one street off of Ocean Boulevard, and it is just steps to Siesta Key Village where you can find top notch restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. There is a free trolley to this area, or we can help you catch a "Free Ride" on one of the "tip only" golf cart shuttles on the island. No pets are allowed. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. We provide starter package of laundry detergent and dish washer liquid. Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap in all the bathrooms are also provided.

My family (my husband and our 18 month old) absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spacious, clean, and in the PERFECT location. The walk to the village (dining and shopping) was literally 2 minutes. The walk to the beach was 5. We had the best time!

Perfect stay for a long weekend! The location is very close to the village shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the beautiful beach! Communication was awesome and the owner was very quick to respond to the two questions asked during our stay.

Loved the property and loved the location! The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. We didn't have any little ones with us this time but would feel very comfortable bringing them back here. We were very happy we booked this condo!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location! It is an easy walk to everything!! The condo is really well equipped with TVs, WiFi, kitchen items, and beach items. It is really spacious. The management team is super responsive to any questions that arise.
My only two very tiny issues are… 1. The washer and dryer are small (probably 1/2 load), coin-operated out by the pool. The management company said the listing stated this but at least in the mobile version of viewing, I only could see washer/dryer. 2. The bed linens and towels are not the best. You are paying somewhat of a premium price for very budget linens. Neither of these things are huge deals nor would they deter me from booking again but wanted to share for feedback purposes.

Loved our stay at Southern Comfort. Our family came to Siesta to see friends and attend a wedding. This place is in an excellent location! Right beside the action of the Village, yet quiet. The pool is right beside this unit too. Just a short walk to beach access 4 as well. Kitchen is well equipped, and all is in good condition and nicely decorated inside. The ONLY request I could make is to update the beach equipment. The chairs have seen better days. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us:))

Fabulous Unit
This condo in Siesta Key was clean, spacious and beautifully renovated. We had three kids, two teens and a 12 year old and we all enjoyed our time here. Location was within walking distance to the spectacular beach and the charming little town. Washer/dryer is located near the pool, which the kids enjoyed, and is coin operated. Storage for the unit beach amenities is in a closet on the lower level. Didn't find that until later in our stay but we loved our time here and want to come back again soon!

The negative for us was the shared complex pool was for numerous buildings and was crowded. Also the coin operated laundry (could not believe there was not one in the condo) was $1.50 for wash and another $1.50 for dry. Over a two week period, that was over $9.00 to do laundry which is nuts. The cost to do laundry should be clearly noted in the condo description, which it isn't. And banks don't want to give quarters as coins are scarce. There's parking for one car but I think it would be tight if you had two cars.

This really is the best location - you are close to both the beach and Siesta Key Village (plenty of restaurants, shopping and a market). The condo was extremely clean and perfect for our family. It was well stocked with kitchen items, games, cards, etc. We loved hanging out on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening as well. Our kids loved the double bunk beds in their room, and having a pool right outside the unit. It was perfect for our stay! There is no laundry in unit - we were aware of this before we arrived - but I think is important to mention if you are staying for a longer period. There is coin laundry by the pool if needed. All around, the unit is amazing - so brightly decorated and it was perfect for our family!

This property was great. It was very spacious. It had everything we could possibly need. Even though the washer and dryer were not in unit it was very conveniently located!! One thing to note. There is laundry on-site but you need to have quarters for the washer and dryer.
