Relax and unwind or explore the amazing South Coast with endless pristine beaches, parks, restaurants / beach front cafes, heritage towns like Mogo (10 mins), Mogo Zoo, Birdland (8 mins), Moruya Country Markets, fishing, snorkeling, national parks, and diverse wildlife including rare birds, dolphins, seals, and whales. · 800m from Malua Bay lifesaver patrolled surf beach and playground, with the beautiful Mckenzie’s and Garden Bay Beaches either side and Rosedale / Lilli Pilli only minutes away. · Malua Bay Village, including a supermarket, Raymond’s Chinese Restaurant, Sandy Foot Pizza Café, bottle shop, butcher, chemist, post office, beauty salon and surf club are all right next to Malua Bay Beach. · 200m from the recently rebuilt Club Malua which includes an excellent restaurant, bars, children’s entertainment, live music, gaming and of course bowling greens. · 12 minutes to Batemans Bay. Wake up early and watch the sun rise over the beautiful Malua Bay Surf Beach, or lie in and listen to the coastal breeze in the surrounding gum trees (visible from both bedrooms) and waves gently crashing in the distance. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an established suburb, yet facing a picturesque riperian zone full of giant Spotted Gum trees, the house is a fresh, spacious, modern build which blends into its surroundings with its matt black façade. Stepping inside, you are instantly drawn to the beautiful view of the bush through the huge 2.6m tall windows that span the living room. The kitchen is filled with natural light from the two large skylights and contains all of the necessary kitchenware with plenty of additional space for your food supplies. The bathroom is beautifully detailed with handmade Italian feature tiles and a second entry providing direct access to one of the bedrooms (queen bed). The second bedroom is quite large and houses a double bed and a set of bunks (for children only). · Free NBN Wi-Fi. · Bed linen and towels provided for your stay as well as cleaning on departure. · Air Conditioning and heating. · Netflix - There are two televisions, the main is a large smart television with Netflix connected. · Quality audio connection for your Bluetooth music. · The kitchen is brand new and contains a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, gas cooktop, oven, toaster and all required cutlery, utensils, glasses, pots and pans. · One bedroom contains a chest of drawers and the other a large wardrobe and porta-cot, both have super comfy beds with fresh mattresses. . Dining is at the large kitchen island bench, four comfortable bar stools are provided. · Parking for two cars right at the front door (steep, but sealed driveway) with an additional park at the top of the block. Being a 2020 build, the house has quality insulation, a brand new instant hot water system, fresh paint and furnishings, new carpet, modern kitchen and complies with all bushfire safety requirements. Elandra Escape is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit on the back deck with a drink and watch the trees swaying in the breeze. The property is thoroughly cleaned before your visit. Check-in and checkout are contactless. RULES: no parties, no young groups, no smoking at all on the property, no pets allowed, maximum guest stay FOUR adults (plus two children), 7 night minimum stay during summer peak season. Our name - Elandra means 'Home By The Sea' and is reportedly of Aboriginal origin.

This house in Malua Bay is the perfect getaway for a family. With a main bedroom for the adults and another room with a double and bunk bed it can fit the average family with ease. A beautiful kitchen which is central to the house and the perfect backyard for the kids to roam and play in I will definitely be staying here again if I head south. Amazing place guys!

This is a well appointed property. All kitchen essentials provided and good reverse cycle heating / cooling to a comfortable living area.
Lovely outside aspect at the rear
Driveway is exceedingly steep - may not suit people uncomfortable reversing either up or down a very steep incline.
Property is aesthetically pleasing, but impractical if wheelchair or walker access is needed inside - bathroom not accessible in wheelchair from either the living room nor bedroom with current setup.
The rear of the property has a lovely outlook but does not provide privacy as neighbouring properties look directly into the living area with a blind provided on only one of three windows.
The bathroom is modern and clean, however the beautiful rain shower head will not suit if you are 6ft or taller.
We did enjoy our stay and would recommend this property, noting the comments above.

Our family loved our long weekend at Malua Bay. The house was was modern, thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. The beach is about a ten minute stroll away and a short drive to many other great beaches. Kids loved listening to the kookaburras calling out in the morning relaxing in the hammock! Absolutely recommend Elandra Escape.

Really responsive communication with the hosts. Lovely place with lots of natural light and the gumtrees outside give a nice feel. Beaches and bushwalks around are super lovely. Hoping to get down to stay again :)

This is a lovely, very new and very clean place in Malua Bay. Nice outlook on bush and saw a couple of kangaroos near the house. Ben and Kristy were great with lots of tips for visiting the region and very helpful.

A very nice holiday house with modern inclusions. Well laid out kitchen and enough utensils. Very clean and well presented. 15 minute walk to the beach, 3 mins in the car. Shops nearby and a nice Cafe only 5 mins away.

Great location, only a 15 minute drive to Batemans Bay shopping hub. Walking distance to the relative new bowls club with a fine restaurant. Best Chinese restaurant food I ever had at Raymond's, 2 minute drive up the road. Also other great choices that are close to each other. Which Great beach to go to? You choose, few minute drive between beaches. Accommodation is nice & modern & very clean which has all the cooking essentials & equipment, but hey, who cooks when on holidays 🙂. Only thing, Wife freaked out because no binds on those gorgeous Big windows facing the back, just for some night privacy, but I was ok as it didn't bother me. Also the driveway is a bit steep which might be hard for some but I didn't have any issues. So, would I stay here again? Absolutely, the hosts Ben & kristy are very quick with responding to emails, very accommodating & even point out which good local attractions to see, lovely people. Hope to book your place once again Ben & Kristy. Regards Dale.

Lovely property and garden. Enjoyed our stay there. Stay would have greatly improved with a washing machine and curtains in the living area to provide privacy. Overall enjoyed our holiday and happy we stayed in this property. Owners were very responsive and provided good communication.

Loved our time away at this property - house was spotless, all bedding/towels etc supplied. Great location, only a short walk to the local club. Hosts were excellent, great communication and ensured we settled in. Would love to stay again.

The house is beautiful and clean and well set up with plenty of extra towels and sheets available there. Ben and Kristy are very responsive and made us feel welcome from the moment we booked. Next door is Club Malua which has friendly staff, tasty food and a great play area for younger kids.

Our little getaway before the new baby.
Our little family had an amazing stay. With the due date of our newest family member just around the corner. The property was the perfect choice. The house is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. Set in a quiet area with beautiful bush surrounds. Minutes away from beaches where our son enjoyed building sandcastles and exploring the rock pools.
Ben and Kristy are amazing and had some great suggestions for places to check out during our stay.
It was a beautiful weekend and made some fun family memories.

We enjoyed our short stay, the property was spotless clean and very spacious. Very modern with beautiful scenery views. Easily accessible for our frail elderly traveller who requires a wheelchair, great option for those who can not manage stairs.

Looking forward to be back at Elandra Escape
Ben and Kristy made us feel so welcome from the moment we left our own house on our way to Malua Bay. The house is better in person than in pictures. It actually feels so homelike because it is in a residential area and definitely a home away from home. It has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The kids were planning when to be back since Day 1 of our stay. It is close to everything, and just minutes away from attractions in Mogo, Batesmans Bay and Tomakin. Very close to superb restaurants and unique food destinations and if ever you need anything else, heaps of IGA closeby. After a long day exploring outside, it is very relaxing to recharge in comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood at night. Highly recommended and looking forward to visit again.

Relaxing home among the trees
We had such a fabulous week away. Relaxing, restorative and just the break away we all needed. Once we checked in, we were right at home. Beautiful property, the attention to detail was mint with stylish black and timber finishes complimenting the natural surrounds. Ben and Kristy have done a great job caring for the property, all fittings were in perfect working order, mattresses were dreamy, bedding and furniture all cosy!
We’ll be back for sure!
