Worst accommodation I've ever booked!
ADVERT NOT AS ADVERTISED!
Yes they look nice on the photo but only on the photo! Must have been taken long time ago!
They said they are pet friendly but after taking the payment from my account, I was told that my pet is not allowed on the sofas and beds!
As you open the front door, it doesn't smell clean at all. A bit of tidying yes but NOT BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED! Sticky floor!
Sofas, floors, carpets, and walls are very dirty! Patches on the sofa. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages!
Busted lights in the kitchen and sitting room.
Lumpy mattress!
Booked for 4 people but only provided 3 Forks! One of us had to use a disposable fork!
Garden hasn't been properly maintained.
Customer service was also bad! Tried messaging and calling but nobody responded nor even returned my call!
