Location. Very close to beach

Tiny rooms. Hardly can stand in bathroom and sit in WC. It's more like cabin rooms. Dust in the kitchen. Rats running around propeety.one of worst stays that I had in my life. For 175 Euros per night,.did not expect thls kind of rooms. Just stay away.

Great Location and friendly personal that tried their best. Bob and all the staff in the restaurant were very nice and friendly. Good food.

Good location..easy access to the center because the bus station is near at the property..very nice and welcoming staff.. and the besy tour guide ever..we want to give a big shoutout to NICO our tour guide he is amazing…i highly recommended that guy because he is so nice..so if you think to have tour in Santorini ask for nico he is a awesome guy!!!!

Staff were great and did their very best to make sure we were comfortable. Nico was our guide for the tour and was fantastic. Restaurant was really good.

TV did not turn on - unsure if an issue with TV or remote but they did switch everything out eventually and get something that worked. Many lights were not functional when we arrived, towel bar was hanging loose from the wall and the door to the suite did not latch closed without being locked. No real kitchen as described.

Basically on the beach, you walk out and are in one of Santorini’s black sand beaches. The staff is friendly. Has private parking which is very useful in that part of the beach.

Matresses are hard and we kept getting an awful smell from the drains.

Easy to arrange a pick-up from the airport, which was standard going rate of €35. The room was very clean, the WiFi was good. Good location, right in the middle of the Perivolos strip with lots of good beach clubs/restaurants nearby.

These guys are jokers! On booking.com you can get a 'Family Bungalow' or a 'Studio' for the same price. I booked the larger room, as the kitchen was bigger and more equipped in the photos. When I checked in, they informed me I was moved to a Studio which the kitchen for this room is just one small camp stove and nothing else. So I was massively downgraded in my room and not offered a refund. I checked in late at night after a long journey with flight delays so could not be bothered with the confrontation of arguing how unfair and rubbish this deal was for me. Also, they tried to charge €40 to transfer back to the airport, why has it gone up €5!? The tours that they offer is also poor value, can get the same tours on Get Your Guide for €10 less. You don't get anything in the room, no bottled water, no tea, no coffee. Very basic toiletries provided. A big family was in the room next to mine, they stole my Outdoor furniture, and pegs for the washing line. I asked about this at Reception and was told they would sort it. Nothing happened, so the next day I spoke to the guests myself to get things back. There's heaps of sand in the swimming pool at the resort, never saw it being cleaned, the pool area is tired and could do with some maintenance. Came to the restaurant for lunch one day, waited more than 20 mins and no one came to take my order, so went elsewhere. Another evening I returned late after a tour and just wanted a drink, again had to wait ages to be served and only when I started to walk out did I get served. On my last day there I had lunch, my dish was missed from our order, so again that increased waiting time, I was also told I was no longer entitled to the 15% in house discount as I had checked out just before when paying. Terrible service! There's far better hotels, bars, restaurants, and beach clubs along this strip to choose from.

The Prime Location,right on the beach front.

the bar restaurant in the front closes at midnight ,it should stay open a bit later at night.

+ The staff was very kind and welcoming especially Edmon with his "my brother", always smiling and kind. The food was very good with very cheap prices.
