Cereal was provided. Sunny Apartment. Great view of Nelson.

A perfect base from which to explore the Nelson area. We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Apartment. It was spacious, immaculate and well set up - there was nothing else we could have asked for. We loved the spectacular, changing view of the bay and made good use of the beautiful outdoor area. Close driving proximity to the airport, attractions and major arterial routes made it a very convenient location.

Excelled expectations.

Ease of booking. Well illustrated and described. Propertry manager helpful. Have stayed in many Air B&B equivilents in many countries. This comes up tops. My comments are genuine as I was born in the area, moved away 50 years ago, so I know.

very noisy with the owners upstairs. could hear walking, toilet and showers till late in the evening. limited kitchenette and not suitable for several days stay if you like to prepare meals. description didn’t share the need to walk down stairs to get to the apartment and was exposed to weather. (we stayed during bad weather)

Comfy, spacious and a good stay, thank you

We got our own breakfast, thank you. Location was good. Sunny unit, good view across the harbour and mountains. Washing machine and sheltered outdoor clothesline was a bonus.

We were surprised to find the steps going down, which made moving luggage less enjoyable. It was somewhat irritating to receive MULTIPLE requests for information about us, when we had already replied to the first request. If more information was needed, it should have been framed differently.

We appreciated very much being given access through the main house with our luggage on arrival.

very comfortable and warm apartment

Difficult to access the key box in poor weather. There's no shelter. Could the key just be under the mat at point of entry, seems safe to do so and a little bit of trust goes a long way.

Fantastic views although would be better if Olive tree was taken out!

Not enough solar lighting when arriving back in the dark.

Good location, great view. Well equiped

Poor insulation between floors. We could hear every step someone took upstairs. Lighting was good on stairs but needs more lights over paving stones at the bottom. Was uneven and difficult for my elderly mother.

Maybe include a picture of the key box. It’s next door to the meter box so easily missed.
