The main level is large and spacious with a cozy living space filled with vaulted wood ceilings, comfortable furniture, rustic accents, and lots of natural light. Next to the living room, the full kitchen is loaded with lustrous wood cabinetry, ample counter space, and terrific appliances, perfect for the family chef. Serve your lucky dinner guests at the handsome wood dining table with seating for everyone while a fire crackles away in the gas fireplace. Outside, you'll find a pretty wood deck featuring comfy Adirondack chairs and a firepit, perfect for entertaining the kids with toasted marshmallows and soft guitar music. The top floor also has two bedrooms, with one a king bed, and one with a queen. Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds, and an entertainment area that has comfortable seating, a mounted TV, and a DVD collection to enjoy. Let the private hot tub relax your tired muscles after an afternoon hike while the washer and dryer take care of those dirty hiking clothes. You can enjoy reeling in your daily limit of rainbow and cutthroat trout, whitefish, and carp at Lake Wenatchee. Spend your afternoons on some of the many nearby hiking trails like Dirty Face Trail, Nason Ridge Trail, and Lanham Lake Trail. You'll find all your pantry staples and fresh produce at local grocery stores like Midway Village & Grocery and Just Plain Grocery & Gas, and there is a Safeway further south. THINGS TO KNOW The outdoor firepit is seasonal and is put away every winter. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. I loved everything about it, with just 1 exception. The downstairs room was freezing cold and had no heater. Had to bundle up the kids before bed.

Deck, coffee pot, electric fire place all not working. Alerted management and got a reply that stated sorry. I feel like the cost and advertising on this one don’t match the conditions or access to amenities

We stayed in this cozy and beautiful home. For a weekend in December and we were so in love with the view to the river. And all the snow trees covered with snow.. can’t wait to go back again in summer time to enjoy a different view and different experience..

The place was adorable, clean, and just what we needed for a fun vacation. The only downside was that one of two small issues came up and we contacted vacasa but never heard back, except for one generic email response. Would definitely stay here again though!!

Just my husband and 2 teenagers stayed this time. Even though there were the fires on highway 2 we had to drive I-90 to 97 to highway 2 and back track it was with it! Beautiful property everything we needed plus more. Will definitely book again and bring more family!!

The hot tub was so nice and the location superb! You can see the beautiful lake from the windows of the dining room or living room. One thing of note: There was the trash can in the driveway from the previous tenant and we thought nothing of it. However, in the middle of the night we were awoken by crashing and banging and discovered a black bear tearing up the trash even though there seemed to be clips designed to keep out wildlife. He then scattered it all over the driveway. Thankfully we had nothing for him in our car and the trash can snack satisfied him.

This house is perfect! We love the location and the view! Perfect house full of lots of space for multiple families! The kids love the basement area to camp out! Fully stocked kitchen with tons of pans and cooling equipment!

It was a bit of a let down to learn our Lake House rental did not have Lake access. But, outside of that, we very much enjoyed our stay. All amenities were in working order. We were worried about the heat but the natural tree cover and window AC unit in the main living room were effective in keeping the home at a comfortable temperature. The home was clean and made for some great family memories. Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee State Park were great places to visit and very dog friendly overall. We would come back and rent this house again. (But bring your Discover Pass since no neighborhood Lake access nearby.)

It was a great location and a beautiful place. However, it appeared the toilets were not cleaned and there was a lot of hair everywhere in the bathrooms. The sink in the middle bathroom didn't drain and when it did tons of gunk came into the basin. One last thing, there was only 1 roll of paper towels, one pouch of dishwasher soap and 1 pouch of laundry soap. That wasn't enough for a 4 day stay with 4 adults that spent a lot of time in the cabin. Thanks!

Cute place. Bedrooms very stuffy at night in August however, made it difficult to sleep. Furnace fan on to circulate the air would have been helpful. Also would be good to know if local access to lake is available or just the state park for those staying at the house.

Cute house! Bigger then expected! Hot tub was dirty though so we couldn't really use it. The propane was all out for the fire pit. Another then that had great views and a really nice quite location. would stay again 😁

Our family loved this location. Beautiful view of the lake, private camp type atmosphere around the property, and it felt comfortable inside. My only critiques about the location is whatever type of scents they used to clean the home bothered all of our allergies and the information for Wi-Fi we were provided didn’t work. I was able to contact the managing company but no one ever recontacted me to address the issue.

Very nice location overlooking Lake Wenatchee. The house was roomy, comfortable and clean with a nice deck facing the lake. The area was quiet in the shoulder season but I imagine it could be much more bustling in the summer and winter months with houses very close by. As it was, we had quiet roads to walk and bike on with good hiking nearby. Excellent COVID escape!

Overall, we were happy with this place. It was clean and fairly well equipped. Pros: - Great Lake view - nice quiet location - plenty of room in living space - well equipped kitchen (no condiments though, FYI) Cons: - hot tub wasn’t broken but didn’t heat above 100 degrees and don’t have functional controls - no lighting near the grill - deck with great view wasn’t usable as it was disassembled to protect from snow falling off the roof. The roof was snow-free during our stay though. - no instructions or house guide book The house was very thematically decorated with bear stuff and a little god stuff, also some scented candles. That could go either way depending on your taste.

The house was roomy, clean and cozy with a wonderful view. The hot tub was not working. Only at 90 degrees when we got there and didn't get much hotter. The coffee maker was broken, we called about it and a new one was delivered to us the same day!
