Fabulous room and attentive staff. Breakfast very good

Not the hotels fault but Slough appears very rundown

Good Location. Rooms are big. Nicely designed.

Bed (mattress) was horrible. It was way past its useful life. Totally sagging and causing back pain. Not at all supporting the body. The room size and its design are pointless if guests can not get a good night's sleep. The breakfast menu was very limited. Needs big improvement to make it compatible with the property rating.

It was nice , we liked the part the children could play downstairs in the evenings. It was also very very clean. I liked it

You had to ask for cleaning before 9am after that you have missed it

The room was comfortable, clean and the hotel was central.

It took ages to book in, the staff were slow and seemed inexperienced. The breakfast was disappointing, hard, Luke warm scrambled egg, tasteless.

Location really close to train station, rooms were spacious, clean, stylish. Breakfast was really good. Would come back.

No parking, but this was clearly communicated and there were some parking facilities near by.

Good location - a couple of blocks to train - shopping nearby

There was a mix up in my reservation. They put me in the Moxie when the reservation was for Residence Inn. This was discovered after one night. There was no compensation for the mix up in the first night.

Bed was very uncomfortable.

The 1 bedroom suite was very modern with lovely decor. It also had a kitchen area that was well equipped. Really comfortable bed and sofa bed. Trying to find entrance of hotel was a bit tricky and there was no hotel parking. Had to park about 5 mins walk away and was very hard to negotiate driving car back to hotel to collect luggage on checkout.

I didn't like Slough as an area to stay. Although it was close to Windsor Castle and we easily organised a Bolt ride to get there. Also decided to stay there as it was a close drive to Heathrow airport where we had to return our rental car before flying out.

The staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming. We liked the rooms and how spacious they are. Also the breakfast included was a nice feature. The bar next door , Moxy, had a nice atmosphere and nicely kitted out in terms of design and decor

We would have liked a twin or an extra bed - not sure whether this is available or whether I asked at too short notice.

Kitchen in the room was a very good thing! Bed was very good including the pillow.

Perfect location for visiting Slough. 5 mins walk to railway station (with perfect connection to London), 15 min by taxi to Heathrow. New hotel with modern, full equipped rooms, good restaurant and terrace. I recommend that place.

It was super clean with amazing facilities inside the room and within the bar. staff were all really friendly and even prepared birthday treats for my sister. We were visiting Windsor for the weekend and this hotel was a great location for that being only 4 miles away.

close to Slough station, ideal for a visit to Windsor as it is only 6 minutes by train and the hotel is a 7 minute walk to the station
