Situated in Devils Lake, this charming house for $730 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Guests will have full use of three beach house buildings, including the Watavue Main House, the Watavue Guest Cottage, and the Wecoma Creekside Beach House, nestled together on the beachfront road with ocean views directly across from access to seven miles of sandy beach. The Watavue Main House and Watavue Guest Cottage are connected by a deck with a hot tub, gas BBQ, gas firepit, a warm water outdoor shower, DirecTV, and WiFi. Wecoma Creekside is a few steps away next door, connected to Watavue by a large grass backyard. Wecoma Creekside also offers a gas BBQ, warm outdoor shower, DirecTV, and WiFi. The Watavue Main House offers four bedrooms, a sleeping bunk, a full kitchen, a dining room, a living area, and a library. Enjoy a comfy stay at the beach with gas fireplaces in the library and Moon Room bedroom, plus a cast iron/soapstone wood stove in the living room. The Watavue Guest Cottage offers one bedroom, a sleeping loft, and a kitchenette. Wecoma Creekside provides three bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and a great room combining the dining and living areas. WHAT’S NEARBY Lincoln City is one of the most popular destinations for the perfect Oregon Coast vacation. You will be located just 50 feet from access to Wecoma Beach with a gently sloping walk down to seven miles of sandy beach for beachcombing, swimming, and kite flying. Additionally, this home is situated close to Roads End (surfing), Cascade Head (hiking), Devils Lake (water skiing/fishing), golf courses, wonderful restaurants, beautiful galleries, fun shops, and a casino. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental has two full kitchens. The third loft bedroom in Wecoma Creekside is only accessible by a stair ladder. This property is comprised of Watavue and Wecoma Creekside, both of which may be rented separately. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This place has so much character and a great vibe. Went out with a group of 18 friends and had an absolute blast. I couldn't even tell you where the TVs are because we didn't need to turn them on. Great gathering space, steps from the beach, awesome outdoor social space and so many fun pieces of artwork and books. We're all in love with this place and plan to come back with families and friends!

This home was perfect for a large family NYE trip because we were able to use the house, cottage and additional home adjoined on the property. There were plenty of beds and rooms. Also the large dining table was perfect for family style meals. The one reason I would give this property a 4 is the check in process was a little challenging because there are multiple lock boxes among the property and the keys and doors are a little tricky to open. Also, my daughter was stuck in the bathroom because of another tricky lock situation. It took almost half an hour for her uncle to figure out how to get it unlocked and her out of it.

This Airbnb has everything you need to host a large group of folks! Plenty of serving implements, pots, pans, towels and amenities to take care of the group needs. The big dining room made dinners a blast. The hot tub was spacious and a great group hangout spot. Being steps from the ocean made for amazing evening sunsets. Only downside was having two bathrooms for 14 people and the kitchen isn’t particularly large to do group dinner cooking. But overall, really charming and beautiful spot!

We stayed here as a multi-generational family trip and the space was just fantastic for having sleeping space for everyone and communal space that fit us all. The location cannot be beat either being steps away from the ocean and the view right out the window! We would definitely go back.

This was our 4th time to stay at Wecoma Creekside and Watavue. Perfect setup for our large family get together. The houses and very clean and well stocked. We spent many hours playing on the beach, large fenced backyard and creek. The new couch is awesome!

Excellent location - right across the road to the beach with direct access. Great for hosting four separate families. Little things were broken that weren't a big deal (window latches and some general wear and tear), but when the garbage disposal went out, they were quick to respond and fix the same day! Great for big groups of people but still a lot of privacy. Bring a sleep mask as the rooms don't have covers on the windows. Or just get up. ;)

We had 20 plus people here for 2 days and loved ecru minute of the stay, whataview and creekside are beautiful and well equipped with a huge library, rain gear of needed and a wonderful view of the ocean right across the street. We will for sure be booking again.

We loved this rental! The quality of the appliances (HUGE stove/oven and fridge) and cookware was nice to have as we cooked all our meals for 3 days. We rented both (technically 3) residences. The location and view were perfect. There were a few downsides. IF you like dark rooms for sleeping, bring an eye mask. All rooms are WELL lit from windows and skylights. It’s a personal preference (I like dark rooms, my husband loved the skylights). The heating in some of the rooms is finicky (as in barely turn on and it will roast you out), but completely manageable. Lastly, I feel some of the mattresses could use an upgrade, they felt a bit old and broke down. We plan on renting again next year (as soon as the month opens) for our family’s gathering. Overall this is definitely a great place to rent (especially for large groups).

The three buildings on site were wonderful. They were very well equipped, missing nothing. The decoration was inviting and comfortable. The nautical theme was fun and tasteful. Great rooms. The location across the street from direct beach access could not have been better. Highly recommend.

The house is near the beach with many rooms. Our group of 16 had plenty of space. Kitchen is equipped with supplies and ingredients. It's also very close to town so dining and shopping were very easy. Recommended to large groups.

These homes were nice for our event. Everyone had a comfortable bed and they're close the beach and casino. The TV'S in the bedrooms didnt work and folks were upset about that but all in all good.

Although the weather didn't cooperate - we had a great time. Enough beds and bathrooms for our large group. We rented both properties and were grateful for the yard and open space that game with the joint properties. Would have been even better if we were given enough TP, trash bags, and laundry pods for the size of our group and length of stay...

Every room is filled with unique antiques and the owners family history. Wonderful collectibles, books and artwork fill all the spaces. The cottages have a rich history which is shared with framed newspaper articles and photo tiles throughout. The story is tied in with the beach access across the street which is honored with a plaque. So much thought has gone into the architectural updates to the cottages to make it comfortable and cozy. Such as the bathrooms - and the windows from the inside rooms of the house that let you see the ocean view! We enjoyed the backyard, the back deck and all the outdoor furniture with the propane fire pit and enjoyed s’mores. We used the hot tub. We took family photos around the amazing tree in the backyard - it was an amazing backdrop. They provided beach toys, backyard toys, wagons to go to the beach, an outdoor shower to remove sand when you got back from the beach - indoor games, puzzles and toys...
There were plenty of serving wear for our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with spices and pots, pans and other utensils when we were there. This property was seriously a dreamy coastal getaway!! You can literally take your cup of coffee across the street in your house shoes to peek at the beach in the morning if you want- you are so close! We loved it!! Thank you so much!! Hopefully we can make it back some day. Five stars!!!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at both Watavue and Wecoma Creekside in Lincoln City. The owners clearly have spared no expense in these warm and welcoming homes. They are beautifully laid out and provide fantastic utility with everything you could want in the bathrooms and kitchen during your weekend or (in our case) weeklong stay. We`re going to come back as often as we can, and we recommend these homes to all our friends!

I have stayed at both WECOMA and WATAVUE many times. If you are looking for a genuine Oregon Beach experience which combines the feel and History of the rugged and beautiful Oregon Coast and with the comfort of one of the most sought-after lodging experiences for a couple or family (WECOMA) or a gathering of a larger group (WATAVUE) look no further.
If you are into extraordinary experience, try grabbing a glass of World Class Wine, put your feet up by the fire, tune in some great music on the incredible audio system, while dinner is cooking in the Culinary Kitchen and you’re watching waves crashing unobstructed right in front of you and your close one, or with friends. After that you have options, to the Casino? You can walk or hit the Hot Tub in the backyard and it’s a big yard, enough for cornhole, backyard party, wiffle ball game etc. Want to golf?, 5-minute drive, kite flying steps away, shopping 5-minute drive, dining and pubs all up and down the highway, but with these kitchens which are knockouts you won’t want to leave. Like to read? You will not find another Beach Home with a library like this, it’s one of a kind (ask the owner, great story behind this library)
