Die Unterkunft hatte 2 separate Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer und eine weitere Toilette im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Allgemein hatte man sehr viel Platz. Es sah auch alles sehr sauber aus. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt war innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Nous avons compris à la fin du séjour que nous avions le parking payé mais pour cela il fallait savoir que nous en bénéficions grâce à l’application a télécharger ! Personne ne nous l’a expliqué. Au final on s’est garé comme on a pu et on s’est fait enlever la voiture par la fourrière ! Frais 350 dollars ! Merci

Great location for shopping and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and entertainments. Very clean and generally quiet, and spacious for four people. Close to local transportation.

There was no proper table for all 4 of us to sit, 2 had to be at counter/island and 2 at a tiny table. With a little bit more imagination, this can be made possible. Quiet on the inside with doors closed, but noisy to sit on the balcony with the most uncomfortable furniture.

Modern trendy apartment in a good location right next to Lincoln Road Shops which is a trendy shopping area with bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to the beach but walking down Lincoln Road made it fun. Pool was often deserted. Gym was well equipped

You couldn't alter the air conditioning in each room. The apartment was noisy as on a busy road in a residential area so woken up early in the morning with lorries and bin men. There should have been some basic items like salt pepper oil in the flat t use. to buy for a few days was a waste of money

The 2BR/2BA apartment (#410) was huge, with floor to ceiling windows in all bedrooms and living room, double exposure (north and east), beautiful views of the city,, 2 balconies. Very comfortable beds and great showers. Trader Joe's below is very convenient. We got a car, but never used it, as you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent.

Nothing. It would be good to have some basic cleaning supplies.

I liked the staff that came to drop off items

We booked a 2 bedroom place that sleeps 6 with the sofa bed. After checking in a Sonder employee comes to tell us the sofa bed is broken. Then he left. They said they’re working on getting one but no final eta and they would bring a queen air mattress. They brought a full so I had to ask for another one and they brought that in at 2am. Sonder should’ve never falsely advertised because they knew the sofa bed was broken since none of us had told them to come check on the sofa. Horrible service. They would not reimburse us a full night even though they should’ve. At least the people for the chat was responsive but definitely not worth the trouble. Go stay in a hotel

Our appartement was tidy. Bad view not like what you see on the photo they are using in marketing. It was nicer if they forwarded this prior the stay so we als the guest will not be surprised.

The flat was absolutely beautiful and i will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting

The apartment is very beautiful and innovative. It is spacious and has a lot of space.

We are missing a blanket, we contacted through the app, we were told that they would contact us, but it didn't happen. We had to manage without a single blow.

Very large and nice apartment. Conveniently located near the Lincoln Road street mall with many shops and restaurants. Beach within walking distance. Everything was very well organized. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Street noise can be audible during the night.

Location was great but being right on the street can be very noisy.

The upkeep is awful. The swimming pool was never cleaned. Pool furniture were all ripped and dirty. The turf grass was molded and dirty. The hallway rugs were all dirty and marked up with stains.

The bedroom was nice and there was a lot of space!

Kitchen did not have a spatula and the TV did not have cable. If you are traveling to this building bring a fire stick or stream.

Good location.

The automated check-in process is not streamlined. We received multiple emails with links plus QR codes. It should be more user friendly if the business strategy is less people, more automation. The parking takes some time to figure out so don't arrive late and tired like we did. It is a big apartment and advertised to sleep 4. The proper bed is great, but the pull-out sofa is terribly uncomfortable and small. There are no extra beds available. For the price, it should have been better. There was also a raging party going on down the hall while we were there. Not necessarily Sonder's fault but you are pretty helpless in the middle of the night with no front desk. This is definitely not a hotel -- it is more of an AirBnB-type accommodation.

There were problems with the entry code of the door of the appartment. There was no staff in the building to help us. We had to wait for 1,5 hours to get a new code by telephone. Finally we could enter the appartment

I liked the location, a little less than 2 miles walk from the beach, and just behind us, 0.2 miles walk from Biscayne Bay, and a few feet from Lincoln road. I absolutely loved that we stayed on top of the Trader Joe’s, we frequented Trader Joe’s and the staff there was amazing. It was very easy to get around, and days when I grew tired of walking, I just caught the free trolley. Perfect!

I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to check in early, and it was difficult checking out late. But, my customer service representative was excellent, when she saw I was denied an early check in, she was able to accommodate me for the late check out and the inconvenience. Also, the unit definitely could’ve used a very good dusting underneath the bed, nightstand, and on top of the headboard.
