Welcome to Creeksong Cabin located in the beautiful Nantahala National Forest! We are a car & motorcycle accessible cabin nestled among the rhododendron and two peaceful mountain streams. Enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the secluded 9 acre property which features multiple streams and a 3-tiered pond at the entrance of our small, gated, secluded mountain community. The cabin is located 14 min (9.6 miles) from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the privacy of our covered back deck, or come inside to enjoy the cozy cabin ambience. A large stone pass-through electric fireplace provides comfort & warmth to the living area and the bedroom with a tap on the remote. The romance of this cabin can be enhanced by use of the dimmer switch for the bedroom chandelier. Perfect for honeymoons or a romantic weekend getaway! This Appalachian style log cabin boasts vaulted ceilings, all wood interior, beautiful hardwood floors and custom crafted country cabinets and granite countertops. Large picture windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful views of nature while you are inside. Other amenities include a well equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, free WIFI, Queen size bed with a high quality memory foam mattress, leather reclining couch, central heat/air, and a park style charcoal grill. The cabin has many start-up supplies so you can start your vacation (trash bags, one starter roll of paper towels & toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc). However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. (Guests must provide their own charcoal/firewood for the grill or fire pit.) YOUR HEALTH IS OUR CONCERN The cabin is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. Our housekeeping service uses CDC approved antibacterial cleansing agents and focuses on frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, deadbolts, remote controls, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. Your cleaning fee includes not only this comprehensive cleaning but home maintenance and hot tub service fees. Centrally located near many of the popular area attractions and several mountain lakes. HOUSE RULES: We would welcome your reservation if: •You are over the age of 25 years & are willing to provide a copy of your valid ID •You are willing to sign a copy of our rental agreement which will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed •You are not a smoker •You do not want to bring a pet •Your party does not consist of more than 2 adults •You understand that trash removal from the property is your responsibility or a $75-$150 trash removal fee will be charged (depending on how much trash is left behind) •NO shooting firearms on the property CANCELLATION POLICY: A taxable cancellation fee will be charged for every cancellation in order to reimburse the property owner for expenses he/she would be out-of-pocket for your canceled booking. The total amount of the cancellation fee is the sum of the items described below: •10% of the amount of rent only •The total amount of credit card processing fees the owner has paid on your booking payments •Tax applied to cancellation fee If applicable, refunds will be issued as follows: •Up to 60 days before arrival, guest receives 100% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee •Up to 30 days before arrival, guest receives 50% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee •No refunds within 30 days. We had a great time at this very private cozy rental.
The location was great. 10 minutes or so to the rail bikes in Andrews. I highly recommend. 30 minutes from Great Smokey Mountain Railway. We were conveniently located for the Cherohala Skyway which was beautiful. The restaurant Pasqualino’s in Bryson City was fantastic as well. Loved the hot tub. Thanks for an excellent stay.

My wife and I spent a long weekend at the cabin. It was perfect; secluded and secure but still close to all the scenic drives for the fall colors. We built a campfire in the firepit every evening and sat and listened to the little creek and the birds singing to us. The property manager sent us very informative info so no suprises when we arrived. It was just what we wanted and expected.

We loved our stay at creekside cabin. First of all we felt super fancy to be staying in a "gated community"! The cabin is nestled away yet right off a main road and sits between two streams that create a lovely ambiance. We enjoyed the coziness of the cabin, it was just right for my husband and I. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The only thing I would suggest is better outdoor seating. We would 100% stay again!

The hot tub is leaking water however, the owner refunded money to make us happy.. we actually hate the fact that he’s gonna have to fix it.

This lovely cabin was situated nicely on a free-flowing creek that we enjoyed from the deck. The small metal cafe table and chairs were nice enough for dining but not so much for relaxing (comfortable chairs would be a nice addition - we brought the Adirondack-style chairs up from the fire pit area to suffice). The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Loved all the windows! Though the cabin is located next to the drive into the neighborhood, there were very few cars that passed by - we barely noticed them. The hot tub was a wonderful addition as was the washer and dryer. The location was perfect for our needs being close to the Nantahala River and other destinations we wanted to explore. Our greatest dissatisfaction was with the bed. The mattress sagged to the middle causing poor sleep and a backache in the morning (we folded up a quilt and placed it down the middle of the bed which helped somewhat with the problem). For me, the quality of the bed is one of the most important features of a rental property so this was a big disappointment. If the mattress was replaced, I would happily rent this property again and recommend to friends and family.

The cabin exceeded our expectations! It was cozy, clean, comfortable and well stocked with all basic necessities. It has a gated, paved entrance and is very private and serene. We loved listening to the surrounding creek around the cabin and enjoyed the hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge. The sofa and bed was very comfortable. Communication with Valerie was excellent and check-in and out was effortless. The trash disposal site was nearby and not an issue. My husband and I visit this area once or twice a year, as he loves to drive the beautiful highways and of course, Tail of the Dragon. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I spent four peaceful nights relaxing in this cozy pine cabin. The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit kept us warm. Not to mention the two person jacuzzi felt great after a day of hiking, I would recommend this destination for a couple’s retreat.

Lovely setting and beautiful chalet with all of the amenities. The house was between two mountain streams with a literal wall of rhododendrons running all of the way up a mountainside. Convenient to attractions in any direction and the beautiful nantahala. Would love to go back.

Lots of glass including full glass door that faces the road, with NO window coverings. This cabin sits right on the road, with a barely trickling creek on both sides. The fire pit is in the driveway, next to where you park your car. You don't sit next to the creek. The camp cook grill, is next to the fire pit, about 30 feet from the cabin, which is inconvenient for cooking. There is no room to put your toiletries in the bathroom. There is a table in the bedroom, but not convenient for accessing your toothbrush, etrc.
But most of all, there are RULES posted everywhere, that state additional fees will be assessed if not met. You need to take your trash
Several Mile's down the road, which is only open during specific hours, and closed on Sundays, so beware if you are leaving on a Sunday. This property was not for me. I will not return.

Was the best place for a short two day anniversary weekend. Very secluded, gated access. Can’t see another property from here and only saw two cars up the road the whole weekend and one was the power company after a storm. Property manager was very responsive and handled the power outage issue(storm, not their fault) quickly even though she was across the country. Definitely recommend for couples just wanting some alone time or for anyone to simply relax and not be bothered. Will stay again.

Windows to the roof, every detail well thought out, but most of all we enjoyed the woods, hottub, fire pit, quiet, and the constant stream songs.

My Husband and I enjoyed this cabin very much it is absolutely perfect for a couples get away. It was so very peaceful there and had plenty of privacy and very easy to get to. Cabin was clean and had everything you needed while there. I highly reccommend.

Relaxing mountain retreat
Well equipped cabin with relaxing creek sounds and big windows looking out to deep green woods. Convenient to paddling, hiking and fishing. Gated entrance. Great getaway!

The host provided a ton of extra goodies for the stay including candy, local recommendations, and coffee! The property is clean, quiet, and private. The host provided plenty of conveniently placed instructions on how to use all of the amenities (fireplace, hot tub, washer/dryer). For a cabin it was very upscale with huge windows and back patio area. Communication with the property management was quick and friendly.

Weekend getaway
My husband and I rented this house for our Anniversary weekend getaway. We loved the house, and soothing vibe it brings with the open views of nature. It was just as described in the listing. The only thing we had trouble with was the Keurig machine, it takes a degree to get that thing working lol. I also, would have liked more lighting in the bathroom around the vanity. This was not anything that would stop me from booking again. The house is a little peace of paradise and I look forward to a return visit in the future. Thank you for sharing you house with us.

This property is immaculate and beautifully maintained. It is sandwiched between 2 creeks/streams and a canopy of trees in a very small gated community. We stayed here while we took whitewater kayaking lessons at the NOC and it was the perfect "base camp" for us. We meal prepped breakfast and dinner for the week in the kitchen, used the hot tub to soothe sore muscles every night, and enjoyed the sound of the creeks out on the back deck. There was also a washer and dryer which was very convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Amazing place!
