We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful modern home with excellent service.

Everything was really new, modern, clean and beautifully designed - we really enjoyed the underfloor heating, rain showers and Netflix on the TV. Service was impeccable, with staff always very responsive and helpful, and Amber truly went the extra mile for us with transfers and restaurant booking services, compared to other resorts/hotels in Hakuba. I can’t recommend Amber Resorts enough and would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m in Hakuba.

Will definitely choose Amber again!

This journey was truly wonderful. Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Hakuba Amber Resort is a gem of a place to stay in Hakuba.

The property had everything we needed and more. It looked exactly like the photos. The "onsen" was a big plus after a day of hitting the slopes. We will definitely recommend this property.

Perfect place for a ski holiday.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. The staff was outstanding, so accommodating and welcoming. The facilities far exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was right there and the phenomenon of the chalet was excellent. Also the view on the 2nd floor is a dinning area and is absolutely breathtaking, very good location to restaurant street(2-3min walk).

Mia, the property host, was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed, took us to the supermarket on our first night, and was always available to help.

The ideal minimal luxury place for group travelers in Hakuba.

The architecture design in stunning. Very modern and cozy with all the facilities needed for a group traveler. The view outside the window is magnificent. The private onsen was splendid.

The hot shower can only be used for 30 minutes per interval but you can call the staff to come by and they were helpful.

Amazing stay loved every minute.

We arrived early and the team were flexible allowing us entry and early storage of bags.

This was not an issue for us but as the ground floor has a hot tub that is not secured you would want to be careful with small children.

The perfect house for my 30th birthday

We loved all the amenities in the house. It had everything we needed to make my birthday trip with 10 of my friends absolutely perfect. We loved the in house onsen, drying room and washing machine, heated floors, generous amount of towels, the kitchen had everything you needed. The hosts were so generous to us; We paid for 10 guests and there are only 8 beds, so 2 futons were provided, free shuttle service to the ski slopes even with late notice to the property, and were accommodating to my request for consideration for a late check out. I would 100% come back here again. Loved our stay so much.

Everything was absolute perfect and really had no complaints with the house/facilities. My only feedback would be the communication between booking.com and the on-site host. I made several requests prior to the trip through the booking.com messaging service and it wasn't communicated to the on-site host, so there were several instances of miscommunication. However, it was resolved quickly and glad I had it in writing. Other than that, the on-site and this property were incredibly generous and accommodating, would book with them again!

Luxury chalet meant to host you and your friends for a ski week to remember!

This property was giant! Amazing Japanese onsen, open kitchen and living room. A laundry room with ample space to store ski gear and clothes to dry over night. The customer service was wonderful! They reached out quickly once we booked to help my group coordinate ski rentals,rental car and give local advice on grocery stores and restaurants. This property come with a well equipped kitchen, fashioned to host groups of 8-10 guests. The lodging is a 5 minute drive from Happo base lift. Our group opted to rent a vehicle to get around the Hakuba area. A really nice place to relax during holiday and enjoy some skiing.

MUST STAY!!!

This definitely exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous property close to restaurants and shops in Echoland(5-8 minutes walk from the property) . We were greeted by amazing customer service, they carried our bags to our rooms in advance. The room was beautiful with a private onsen bath. The breakfast was phenomenal and the service was just as good. The onsen was also AMAZING. MUST STAY!!! Amazing value for your money.
