It is a hidden gem sitting right in the heart of Arakoon and only a short drive to some of the best beach's on the Mid North Coast. The setting is stunning and spectacular with a lazy lifestyle all planned for the perfect holiday. The home is spacious, wide open and naturally lit with easy access to the kitchen, living, lounge, BBQ and entertaining area. The accommodation is arranged to sleep 7 people with a Queen bed, Double bed and a Double and Single bunk set. The main bathroom is spacious with an amazing external second shower and toilet. The Glen truly is a spectacular home for the perfect private and peaceful getaway. This property contains the following appliances/facilities that are aimed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: - Air Conditioner - Dishwasher - Bath - BBQ - Fire place (wood not supplied) - Outdoor shower - Outdoor entertaining area - large backyard - WIFI PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT SUPPLY LINEN - All bookings are subject to the holiday letting terms and conditions. - Strictly no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise Complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction. --Details are subject to change without notice-- South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a ten minute drive. South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay. If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing. If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast. The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you. Great house for a small family..just the 2 of us using it this time. Make sure you take more than just linen eg toilet paper, glad wrap, coffee tea milk as there is no start up pack. Clean apart from cobwebs, extremely peaceful. Loved the wallabies in the back yard. TV worked fine but having two controllers made it hard to regulate the sound. 1 controller appeared not to work so sound for Netflix appeared to acho. But a great base for the price

Property not clean on arrival . Barbecue was dirty and their weee no rubbish bags supplied . Or dishwasher tablets or liquid. Finally when we went to use the barbecue their was very little gas in there. So we had to go and buy more gas after we had come from a funeral. We were entertaining guests so you can imagine how that went down

Property was well prepared, clean and comfortable. If there was any recommendation, there was no clothes dryer which, in winter due to shading by tall trees, made drying clothes impossible even on sunny days. Overall though, a recommended place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is very well designed and spacious. The yard was great for the little ones. Was a bit confused by the outdoor bathroom, didn’t realise it was included in the two bathrooms, a second indoor toilet would be great but the outdoor shower was a wonderful experience, we didn’t even use the indoor shower.
