Comfortable for a night stay but too noisy

Loud noise from the nightclub, security as anyone can go in and out if the doors to the rooms are opened, and lack of necessary amenities

Modern, clean rooms with friendly staff. Great location.

Very clean, super nice staff, great location. Great location - close to a lot of stuff.

Other reviews mentioned the noise from the music but it didn’t bother me but I’m a heavy sleeper.

Modern Hotelroom

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was nicely designed and quite (we stayed on a Monday night, so the club in the building was closed). There are many shops, restaurants and bars close by .

Not a bad place to stay when you’re within the budget and when you don’t intend to spend more time within the premise.

1) Bathroom water heater only worked once, other than that water stayed at room temperature, if not cold, we had to turn off room aircond to make it less freezing. 2) There was suddenly a lizard on the floor running towards underneath the bed.

The sound proof is very bad. We can hear the cars from the road & the music from the club upstair. We can't rest during the night even they provide the earbuds.

Great location with some notes.

Location is good for shopping spree activity

Don’t have own parking, need to go to basement paid parking, changing lift to get to reception, quite a hassle if you bring elderly people to stay in. Also got a night club on 11th floor, expect noise disturbances until 2am.

Cool Hotel if you are a deep sleeper

Harper Hotel is located at Sutera Avenue, a complex hosting stores, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This means, everything you need to have is just a couple of minutes by foot away. Imago Mall is well in walking distance. The rooms are modern and clean.

FYI: There is a nightclub in the same building as the hotel. The hotel informs you about this very nicely and even with a follow-up message. Do not underestimate the noise and the vibrations. If you are a quick and deep sleeper, however, you will be awarded with a nice and modern room. Downtown KK is quite far away, I recommend getting a Taxi/Grab.

The check-in time was smooth.

The noise from the club above. We were told about it, but its still manageable for us. Because we slept through all days without hiccup. Perhaps the hotel can install sounds proof in the room.

Pleasant

i love the compactness of the room. i love the fact that the TV has netflix. i love the comfiness of the bed.

the parking sucks. the club sound above was quite bad. they gave me one key only for the room so if i want to get grabfood downstairs i have to turn off everything in the room.

Enjoyable and convenience stay!

Location-wise, plenty restaurants downstairs, breakfast cafes that opens early and closes late, 24/7 convenient stores. 5 minutes walk to Imago and Riverson. Access to room hallways felt secured using card entry.

Top floor got night bar, expect weekend minor loud music to be heard. Noises were tolerable, just be ready to those want to bring their infants or toddlers. Some amenities should be made available such as room tissues.

Good location. The shopping mall just opposite. Beach is in walking distance.

Nice room, the nordic style of furniture/lighting are awesome. The Tv channels came with Netflix so never bored.

Noise from nearby nightclub kept distracting sleep. Anti-noise earplugs didn't help much. The basement parking costs RM1/hour. Other option is to park the car at an open air parking of other building, but need to walk a bit farther to go there.

Clean modern place for a city getaway

Very comfy, stylish, well appointed room with all the basic modcons needed. And clean! So important! Perfect for a 1 night stay. Earlier reviews mentioned noise from the clubs but I wasnt affected.

It was a great stay. No complains at all.
