There is easy access with a gravel circle drive level to the main road. The front of the home is so welcoming with a wonderful sitting porch just 3 steps up from the walkway. There's a cute bench and chairs for relaxing and a perfect spot to hang out any time. As you step through the front door your in the foyer and you'll feel immediately welcomed by this beautifully updated and charming home with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams and lots of windows with wooded views that bring in lovely natural light. It's mountain chic décor is cozy and casual and the floorplan flows easily from the kitchen to the dining and living areas, and outdoor spaces. The updated kitchen is immediately left from the foyer and features lots of counter space for prep and serving. New appliances include the stainless steel electric stove with oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Large double sink with window view out to the front and a convenient dishwasher make clean up a breeze. This well stocked space also has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and just about everything you'll need to prepare meals. Just bring the groceries! The kitchen flows easily to the dining area with a beautiful rustic table and seating for 6. As you pass into the main living area you'll find large overstuffed sofas and chairs, a cozy reading nook with comfy seating, wood burning fireplace and big screen TV- the perfect setting to hang out for movie night or gather around for the big game! There are large windows and glass sliding door with wooded views. As you step out onto the covered deck, you'll find the propane gas grill, and multiple areas to sit back and relax or enjoy a family meal under a canopy of ponderosa pines, so high they touch the sky. The outside spaces are fantastic for entertaining as well with access to the new game room! Step thru the sliding glass doors on the right and challenge friends and family to a few rounds on the shuffle board table. This awesome gathering space also has a high top table with seating for 4 and windows bring in wonderful natural light and views of the woods behind the house. The primary suite is accessed from the hallway to the right of the front foyer. You'll pass the laundry room complete with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is a lovely, large open space with all new furnishings including a king bed with beautiful new bedding, dresser, big screen TV w/ cable, plush carpeting and ceiling fan. The private bath features marble countertops with dual sinks, great lighting, and access to a large walk-in closet to the left and on the right a large walk-in shower and linen closet. Guest bedrooms are accessed from the hallway off the dining room. Both bedrooms are spacious and have been completely updated with gorgeous wood flooring and decorator paint, brand new king beds, cozy luxurious linens, and attractive mountain chic décor. Each has it's own smart tv, closet, ceiling fan, and lots of windows with wooded views. Your guests won't want to leave! Casa De Milagro has central heat and A/C and wood burning fireplace. Firewood is not provided by the owner, but bundles can be purchased at any Allsup's convenience store or Albertsons. Propane gas grill is on the back deck and comes with a full tank of propane for your stay. ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The circle driveway to the house is gravel and level for easy access. There are a couple steps up to the porch and entry is through the front door. The Neighborhood: Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club is a private golf community with sprawling vistas, lush pine forest, and breathtaking mountain and canyon views. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.
