The apartment was not clean at all, bed sheet were not clean I had to wash it, They didn't even pass a cloth to the bathroom to clean it up. Overall not good at all.

Great apartment with amazing amenities: modern, stylish and much more than you actually need for a short work stay. There’s even a pool on the roof terrace! Essential, however, is the air conditioner, which gives you some relief from the extreme hot temperatures of Santa Cruz. The building is in a nice area of the Equiptrol district with close tiendas and street food shacks, so you are not obliged to go to the Bolivian VIP cafeterias of other zones in the district. Price is average with the other apartments and competitive with Airbnb rooms.

Although I could not meet him in person, the communication with the owner to enter the apartment and check-out was effective and punctual.

It was pretty clean.

They didn’t have hangers for my clothes but they got me some and fixed the problem.
