Thoughtfully upgraded, this light and bright condo features fresh paint, all-new flooring, a completely remodeled kitchen, and bathrooms. On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll love being located within easy walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street. The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. The primary suite boasts a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation. THINGS TO KNOW This condo is on the first level up one two sets of stairs of the Islander Condominiums. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. The pool has a soft open date of 5/22 and a soft close date of 10/11. This is subject to change. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were very impressed with the condo, it’s location, and how easy check in was. We highly recommend this to anyone who wants a worry free vacation spot. We’ll definitely be booking again.

This condo was cleaned impeccably before our arrival. Very short, walk to the beach, clean pool area, and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book again!!

The location was great. It was close to everything we needed and the drive to Hatteras or Nags Head wasn't bad at all. The only complaint is there was only one extra trash bag and no dish cloths and one towel. If we had known, I could have brought some from home. Overall, we had a fantastic time, despite having to leave a day early because of hurricane Ian.

It wasn't that clean the toilet was dirt the bathtub had black stuff come out the jet steam and didn't work it said it had a ocean view but it can barely see the ocean the kicture sink was dirt it just wasn't has clean has it should have been and I was disappointed

Vacasa made check in and out easy. We stayed in the unit 20 years ago and not much has been done since. Everything needs updated. If it were updated it would be a prime rental property, but as is, I will pay more to stay in another unit.

This place is sad and unloved. The bedding is embarrassing and uncomfortable. The location is great. Near beaches, boat and bike rentals, shops, restaurants, fun! The little porch is wonderful and the seating options are a bonus. The 90s decor could be cool and retro if it was intentional. Instead it feels sad, forgotten and dumpy. Didn’t effect our good time, but don’t expect a good nights sleep on a flat 30 year old pillow. Woof.

The location is great - just off the beach and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. But it needs a lot of upgrades. The dry wall was cracking and peeling in the bathroom, the kitchen faucet leaked. The floors and couches were wet on arrival which I’m hoping was due to cleaning. The shower wouldn’t drain so we were showering in ankle deep water - which I tried to contact Vacasa about via email but didn’t receive a response. The WiFi did work well and it was nice having a kitchen for the week. I would bring your own spices, garbage bags, dish washing detergent, oils etc because there was not much available in the kitchen. Overall not impressed, and wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re looking for a budget deal that isn’t gross this place is acceptable.

Clean and quiet
Nice secluded condo. Only one TV on cable but that was fine with us. Requires ability to climb many stairs to access door. Great private outdoor porch. Best for a couple but could take 3.

I realize that we rented this unit only 1 month out but still here are the comments. Dirty dishes in cupboard which meant we had to wash everything we used in dishwasher first. 3 bladed ceiling fan in main room when turned on higher than slow, the fan mount looked like it might fly off the ceiling. Only one fan in entire unit, problem because air conditioning on last legs. Very stuffy in the evenings. My daughter rented adjacent unit from a private individual much nicer and less money, fyi. Internet was WOEFULLY slow. I used my daughter's next door wireless through the wall still 5x faster than the one in our unit , good thing as I had an important zoom meeting that had no chance with the internet in unit 10. Toilet tank lid in one bathroom broken in half and propped on top of the toilet. Appears the wrong flushing parts are wrong because they BANG against the lid inside the tank every time it was flushed. Mattresses were all soiled. I could go on but that is probably enough. Unit is badly outdated. I have rented several properties with VRBO over the years with no complaint. Little surprised you have it in your properties. On the plus side the location was good, back steps from the unit were very helpful, pool was nice. Thank you.

Perfect for our family
This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy, close to the beach, and the decor was super fun for our little ones who love sea life. Avon is a hidden gem in OBX. Only thing I wished for was some better pots / pans. Will know to bring better quality next time, chipped Teflon was disappointing, however everything else was great.
