This oceanfront home has a spacious and bright interior and is waiting to make your next Myrtle Beach vacation a dream come true! When you're not building sandcastles or surfing the majestic waves, take advantage of the fantastic on-site amenities, including a community gym for those early morning workouts! Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water, including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite and is open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. A gift shop also sells trinkets and forgotten items to complete your trip. The full kitchen is loaded with all the cookware and counter space you'll need to prepare your next meal, and you'll love kicking back on the luxurious sofa to watch your favorite movies and TV shows. Whether you're here for the summer beaches or exploring the extraordinary downtown area, this home will surely provide you with happiness and comfort. All Oceana Resorts guests receive free mini-golf play before 7 p.m. for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets. Additionally, there is an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways in mid-February. Things to Know This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 14. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was the worst stay we have ever out of 15 years of coming to Bay Watch. It started with turning on furnace and setting off the smoke detector, because the filter had about inch of dust on it.

The rooms were decent, but the bedroom with the balcony the AC did not work in there like the other two bedrooms. The oven has rust on the bottom, the fridge looked beat up, the paint on cupboard’s were peeling, the living room furniture looked grubby and the runner of the door covering the laundry was rusty looking and grubby. If more than one faucet/shower, etc. was running only scorching hot water would come out and no cold water.

We have stayed at Baywatch for yearly for the last 10 years. I will say the customer service was really good this year and the bellman were really helpful. I would like to see cleaner pools next time. The pools need to be cleaned throughout the day. However, we will probably stay again during our next trip.

Beds were not comfortable; jacuzzi didn’t work; remote to tv didn’t work; found an earring back in the bed that didn’t belong to us; dishwasher didn’t clean dishes.

Helpful and nice staff! Awesome pools, and lazy river. Good location! Our room was nice and spacious. Needs a little make over but very clean and fit all of us comfortably.

quickly took care of it graciously and I thank them that for that. If I could afford it , I would love to take my family back yearly.Again thanks Vacasa and Bay watch resort for a beautiful family experience.

Our beach stay at Bay Watch
The off season price for a three bedroom, three bath on the ocean front was wonderful. Waking up to the early morning sun shining on the ocean was beautiful. We were close to restaurants and many activities. But we didn’t care to leave the sand and ocean outside our room! The views from fourteen floors up were gorgeous.

It wad a nice room
The couch had a tare in the arm but other than that great room
Friday to Sunday night the guests in the room beside us from 10:00pm to 2:00am would slam doors push the dresser doors in hard move furniture around little kids hollaring this was at 1:00am but other than noisy guests room was great

The apt is roomy with comfortable beds and pillows. The view from the balcony is amazing. Plenty seating chairs and a good staffed kitchen. We will definitely be back!!!!

We loved the view on the balcony. Plenty of chairs. Also the unit was fairly clean. The bedrooms were competent and beds were good and firm. BUT the condo was in need of major up dating: only the 2 small burners out of four on the stove worked and one of those was crooked. The oven set off the smoke alarm when we first tried to use it and we could only use the lower portion of the refrigerator because it froze everything above that solid which was very frustrating. . We tried turning it down to no avail. Only one of the hair dryers worked out of three. Also the furniture was old and worn. The outside accommodations were good, pools, lazy rivers Restaurants and staff was courteous and helpful. If the owner would spend a few thousand dollars on new appliances and furniture, it would be a very nice unit.

Our family enjoyed the stay.A couple of things to watch. The refrigerator was turned up on high which we could not tell by the button and our salads gotten frozen. I understand turning it up if the place has not been used but instructions explaining how to control it would be nice or fix the button in the fridge to show it is on max.
