Everything you need for a weekend stay and probably for a longer stay is in the property. We loved that it was homely and so close to the centre of town.
We liked everything about the property and will stay again whenever we are in Mudgee.

The apartment was presented exceptionally and had all the amenities you need to comfortable stay. It so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Loved the whole weekend there 😄
It was a really hot weekend in Mudgee and we did find it rather warm for us in the bedroom with only the lounge room air conditioner (there is a fan in the bedroom) but as mentioned it was exceptionally warm weekend in Mudgee so was excessively hot everywhere. Can’t wait to stay in winter with the bedroom fireplace 🥰

The location was fantastic, the building is beautiful and has a wonderful private balcony off the lounge and bedroom with seating and the whole apartment was spotless with everything you would need.

Nice bathroom.
Good distance from town centre.
A bit noisy at times when cars drove by or people talking as walking by.
Perhaps some double glazing on front windows would remove this issue.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything in town. We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the world go by. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home.
The noise transfer between upstairs and downstairs is noticeable. However, this didn't bother us, as it is just what you would expect from staying in such a beautiful old property.

The property was in the perfect location and from the moment you walked in the door you could feel the character of the flamingo room. The property owners had thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spotless with lots of extra touches throughout each room. The balcony was an added bonus, lovely to sit out there and watch the world go by. Beautifully decorated.

Unbeatable location for convenience and proximity to all Mudgee has to offer. The apartment was really well set up with everything we could need, and the host was really friendly and responsive. Bed was extremely comfortable!

Its location is perfect within walking distance of town. Very well presented with all we needed. Lovely gesture with an arrival gift. When in Mudgee it will be our home from home.

The Jungle Room (unit 1) was spotless and beautifully appointed. The host has incredible attention to detail with everything in the apartment including a sewing kit. Location was fabulous, a stroll to coffee and food.
The wine, chips and chocolate was very thoughtful of the host.
Overall we loved our stay and are already planning the next trip with friends. The apartments are perfect for travelling with friends

This little gem is a home away from home, fully equipped, and you will want for nothing. It's on a quiet street but within walking distance to shops, cafès, pubs,and restaurants. Staff are awesome and very helpful. Nothing is a problem. The hardest part is bidding farewell to this emaculate, well presented property.

beautifully presented historic building with 4 self contained units. It is one block from the main centre of town. Bedding was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen well maintained.
The pillows were too soft but two pillows made it too much. That was my only issue

We stayed for a wedding over the weekend and the apartment has everything you could need and check in was really convenient.

The apartment was wonderful. Everything worked. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was convenient to shops restaurants and pubs. Every kitchen tool and facility was provided as was wine and chocolate. Over several extremely hot days it remained remarkably cool. We had a marvellous time in Mudgee.
The apartment was wonderful. Everything worked. However, access was not as perfect as everything else. We did not receive the emails about access until we arrived at the venue. If we had received them before we left Sydney we would have had time to think about them. Then, when we tried to use the keyboard on the door, all the numbers would not appear. After touching, stroking and some swearing the numbers finally appeared. Almost every time we returned to the apartment, the same, somewhat frustrating process took place.

Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated rooms (we wanted for nothing) within easy walking distance to town centre, river etc. Premises was extremely clean and pleasant. Friendly host. Excellent!

Flat was very well designed and layout having separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom was great. high quality feel. very well equipped apart from not having a bread knife.
95% was very good but being picky, the furniture indoor and outdoor looked good but was not particular comfortable.
