Had great time,clean and well maintained house had everything we needed had some difficulty with the clothes dryer,we had to extend our stay,mid coast were so helpful and looked after us,would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation

Very nice property, very suited to our needs, plenty of room for boat and storage for rods etc. Only thing would be nice to have block out blinds/curtains on the back and dining room side windows. No privacy from neighbours atm.

This house was neat, tidy and very comfortable. Easy walk to the pub, bowling club, coffee shop, break wall and lagoon for a swim. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Plenty of yard space for kids to play and lovely porch area to sit and have breakfast in the morning sun. We will definitely be back.
Only slight negative was that the sofa bed in the sun room was more 1.5 size than double, but there are two of them so we made it work.

This house is a great size for a family. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the main bedroom was very comfy. The kitchen had plenty of useful amenities, the washing machine was great and the lounge room, dining room and backyard were perfect for playing and relaxing.

Stayed their many times over the last ten years. I know the owner personally and him and his wife are fantastic people. One thing is the bathroom cold water tap is leaking. Small job for maintenance.

I rented this holiday home for my brother and his family. The house was everything we expected and they would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to Bowling club and pub. Only issue was the tumble dryer didn’t work and a few cockroaches came to visit.

Little Tuscany is in an excellent position. Easy walking distance to shops, pub, club, cafes and lagoon. Lots of choice when it comes dining. Courtesy bus available from pub, club and Harrigans Irish pub. Crowds Head a lovely beach for families. Little Tuscany is a well-equipped cottage and very comfortable. We will be back.
