About this condo rental

Nestled in Vestavia Hills, this charming condo for $227 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: - RENOVATED with all new furnishings from top to bottom and all the amenities of home! - Perfect for families needing to relocate for home renovations or insurance work. - Families traveling for sports tournaments, centrally located to many of the complexes. - Convenient to Oak Mountain State Park. The Space: - Parking is just steps to the front door and the unit is on the main level so you will NOT have to navigate any steps. - Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen: - Keurig coffee maker - Full size refrigerator - Microwave - Electric Oven/Cooktop - All cutlery, cookware and utensils provided - Both bedrooms are on the main level with a full bathroom and walk in closet - 65" TV in living room and 50" TVs in bedrooms with Youtube TV access provided - Dogs are allowed under 50 pounds and a max of 2. $20/night/pet fee will be charged after reservation is made. Please note: Our pools are not heated and are open seasonally when the weather warms up. Typically this is late April to late September but this can fluctuate. We cannot guarantee the pools will be open due to temperature, maintenance or weather issues. Guest Access: Other things to note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. The Neighborhood: Quiet and peaceful community tucked into the woods but minutes from everything! Sit on your porch and relax in this serene setting or enjoy all of the amenities of the community. Situated in the quaint neighborhood of Inverness just .8 miles off the Hwy 280 corridor. Located just 3 miles from Grandview Medical Center and within minutes from countless restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping. Less than 5 miles from the famous Summit Shopping Center which features high end shops and top of the line restaurants. Getting Around: 15 minutes to downtown and UAB Hospital 15 minutes to Oak Mt. State Park 20 minutes to Barber Motorsports Park 10 minutes to Greystone Golf & Country Club Property is walkable and safe during the day and night. Uber & Lyft available in the area. Interaction with Guests: No interaction needed for check in but our dedicated team is local and available to answer any questions or handle any issues.
