Spent Christmas money to get away from kids and enjoy a place with a hot tub to relax and it was not operating. This information was not communicated to us during booking nor before our arrival otherwise we would have cancelled immediately. The beds were hard as a rock and left us, again, wishing for that hot tub we so desperately needed in the first place. Pretty sure our bodies are more wrecked when we left than when we arrived which was not what we needed. Owners voicemail said they were unavailable for an exetended amount of time. Was on the phone with VRBO to try and get a hold of them and then was able to text message. Owners were not willing to admit false advertising or give money back. They were Only willing to give money back for one night and that was if we were to leave the property the 2nd night. Super disappointing all in all. So my advise if you are wanting a hot tub is to ask prior to your stay and ask lots of questions before you book!

My daughter and I stayed here for a 3-night "girls' getaway." We took the ferry to San Juan Island one of the days, and this vacation rental is just up the hill from the ferry dock. Very convenient! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, and even though it is a daylight basement apartment, it had better lighting than many of the other vacation rentals I've stayed at. (Very important for those of us who like to read books!) The hot tub was an added bonus. If you're going to San Juan Island or you want to explore the hikes around Anacortes, I recommend this property.

Property was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. Very close to the ferry and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. Great value and Rollin the property owner was very nice and accommodating with great commication. Highly recommend!!!

The house was clean and spacious, with a beautiful yard for morning coffee. Rollin was responsive to questions and very helpful. The house is two minutes away from guemes trail and 15 from deception Park pass.

The property was neat and clean inside and out. The furnishings were less than expected. The second bedroom only had a full size bed which was less than expected in a 4 person occupancy until. Also no table and chairs for seating if you want to have a sit down meal

This was our first time renting a vacation home and it was wonderful! The host was helpful and the property was well maintained and clean. It was just a few minute drive to anything we needed in Anacortes. We would love to stay here again!

Rollin was the epidemy of a good host. He made room in his garage for our motorbikes, offered to drive us into town, cleaned our windscreens, and responded timely to any questions we had. The apartment was immaculate and spacious. The shower was both strong and hot,. Restaurant suggestions were good. Lovely stay.

Description was accurate; host was quickly responsive - the fresh welcome tomatoes from the garden was a nice touch. North west location worked well for our daily activities, and downtown Anacortes was just a short drive away.

Everything was great, Rollin was very helpful with what to do and where to go around the area. The property was very nice, beautiful yard. It was very close to the ferries, which was helpful for us.

Loved the property, lots of space to stretch put, enjoyed the hot tub. phone reception was difficult, but that was not anything the property owner can control. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay.

This property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. Has a nice yard with a hot tub. Nice long weekend for a refreshing getaway
