The Space: This stunning 4 bedroom home is a short walk to Lauderdale by the sea and the golden sand of Fort Lauderdale beaches. The 4 bedroom large floorplan is the perfect setup with big King cozy beds in all the bedrooms and windows overlooking a private heated pool and patio and the crystal blue waters of Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal. There is no exception to this rule *Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay. *Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted *Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner. ***Security Camera: Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property that will be on during guests stay and cannot be tampered with or damaged while guests are staying at the property. ANY TAMPERING WITH, ADJUSTING, COVERING, MOVING OR TOUCHING OF DISCLOSED SECURITY CAMERAS WILL RESULT IN A FULL LOSS OF THE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT. *Interior Camera pointed at front door may be unplugged while guests are staying on premise and is used for security purposes when home is vacant *EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles (4) No on-street parking allowed Guest Access: Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There are two locked closets inside the house that is off-limits to all guests. The Neighborhood: If you are looking for a great location minute to all the local attractions this is it. Close to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, this home has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and more nearby. Plus you are less than half a mile from the golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Head north to Boca Raton and Palm Beach or South to world Famous South Beach where you can find everything you are looking for. Pompano Beach borders Fort Lauderdale and a short drive to the middle of the action. There are multiple airports in the surrounding area and shopping, dining, nightlife and most importantly the beach. Fort Lauderdale Beach: 1.7 miles Wilton Drive & NE 26th Street: 3.7 miles Port Everglades: 7.5 miles Brightline: 6.8 miles Las Olas Boulevard: 5.7 miles Lauderdale by the Sea: 0.8 miles Downtown Fort Lauderdale: 6.3 miles Fort Lauderdale International Airport: 10.1 miles Getting Around: Lyft, Uber, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is a maximum number of 5 cars that are allowed to be parked inside the driveway. There is absolutely no parking on the lawn or the street. Interaction with Guests: All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one. We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9am-6pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again!!
Great things:
- helpful rental company hosts
- clean, the cleaning staff were so great
- location, everything is within walking distance
- pool/outdoor area, plenty of chairs, pool is very clean
- spacious house
- well equipped with floats, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.
- Plentiful cleaning/starter supplies
Areas of improvement:
- Master Bath, we knew this was outdated from the photos and did not care. A bench to put your toiletries on and a new shower curtain and rod would go a long way. All in all, it works but it’s pretty bad.
- Kitchen, definitely could be more equipped with better pans, etc.
-Bedding/pillows, some were more comfortable than others. There is only one throw blanket in the house.

This rental property sits on the intercoastal waterway which is so pretty and relaxing. Owners have kayaks which we were allowed to use and enjoyed. The outside area has plenty of loungers and dining spaces so we spent most of our time there. Who wouldn’t? We traveled with our adult children so it was great that each bedroom had king size beds. The property is a short walk to the main downtown Lauderdale by the Sea area and the beach. It was convenient that there was a beach cart, beach chairs and especially the cooler for you to use. Side note-the cart does need new wheels. Property was clean and stocked and ready for our arrival. As far as Walker Vacation Rental company - they were the best! I had questions prior to the trip and they responded quickly. Had a few issues during our stay and their response was always immediate. I would rent through them again in a heartbeat. A Wonderful Vacation😀

We love the Lauderdale By the Sea area and the location of this property is just perfect to walk to the restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and great for the 7 of us. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Bikes and beach chairs in the garage were nice to have. We would come back for sure!

Holiday family getaway
We love the Lauderdale By the Sea area and the location of this property is just perfect to walk to the restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and great for the 7 of us. It far exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, location and the communication between us and the property manager. The property is exactly as described! The pictures are accurate, except there are updates to the two full bathrooms (meaning they are in BETTER shape than what the picture showed); and the master bedroom bathroom is dated and shown appropriately in the pictures. Is the place as modernized as a $2M house? No. Were we comfortably in a $1M house/location? Yes. Plenty good enough for us :)
We were a family of four. We did feel that we could have had another family of four easily in the home with us (Darn Covid!). The common spaces, kitchen and pool table were all extremely functional and easy-to-use. One of the nice things about the house is that everything had a place, often labeled, and it was easy to put things back which made it very comforting. This is not one of those ‘knick-knack filled’ vacation rentals. The pool was immaculate and cleaned once during our stay. My daughter probably spent 20-30 hours in it; and we spent a lot of our time on the deck chairs around the area. So quiet and peaceful. All questions that we had were asked and answered within 15 minutes by text or email; and I must have communicated with the property manager 20 to 30 times before our arrival.
The location along the Intracoastal Waterway is gorgeous and we used the opportunity to do some stand-up paddleboarding across a few of the canals to look at the gorgeous houses in gigantic boats, as well as the sunsets. The pathway to the beach along the street was easy to walk through and we used the cart and chairs in the house to walk them over to set us up when we wanted to go to the beach. We also came for the marathon which passed by twice. Easy, walkable, access to the commercial area of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for take-out and groceries.

The house, set-up, location and amenities were perfect. Check-in was seemless, wifi was effective, and exceeded our expectations. Great neighborhood, friendly all the way around and VERY quiet yet close to many of the exciting spots at Lauderdale by the Seas. We would have extended our stay if we could! A+ all the way around and Walker Vacations was a first class agent that I would certainly book through again.

We also appreciated the supply of towels, beach supplies and toys, lots of outdoor seating and plenty of dishes. What we think could be improved is the cleanliness (food in refrigerator and open in the cabinet, food splashes on the walls). The kitchen needs more storage containers, serving platters, vegetable peeler and serving spoons. The wine refrigerator doesn't work. The bike tires need repair. The grill is nice but the tanks were almost empty. The master bath tub doesn't work and the master shower door won't close. Two items we felt were dangerous and should be addressed right away were the bunkbeds are too close to the ceiling fan and the dead palms near the pool. One of the palms fell and someone could get hurt. We don't mean to be critical, just constructive feedback. We had a wonderful time together and very much appreciated the use of the house. It just needs a little TLC.
