The house was beautiful, well-stocked and in a great location, near market, fresh fish market, nature centers, beaches. the owner, Suzanne, was attentive, responsive and very nice to deal with. We highly recommend this rental.

I traveled from the West Coast to stay here with may family and it was a great experience. The house was better than advertised, the location on the Cape is excellent, and Suzanne (host) was incredibly accommodating as well. Doesn't get much better than Rock Harbor sunsets, which is a short walk from the home. I couldn't recommend this property more, and I plan to come back again next summer!

Excellent house for hosting our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). The house was stocked with all the summer vacation essentials for beach trips, kids entertainment and more. Suzanne was a great host and was very responsive and always available if we needed her. We would definitely rent this house again.

Over seven decades I have vacationed in towns throughout the upper and the lower Cape, and I have formed the opinion that the Orleans area is the best location for young and old. Yes, the address of this house is Eastham, but it is so close to the town line that it felt like Orleans. It has easy access to both the bay and the ocean. Since my granddaughters were with us, we chose Skaket Beach, which is complete with a snack bar and restrooms. Nauset Beach and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side have always been two of my favorites. The area has plenty of good places to eat and shop, and the traffic is much less heavy than it is on Route 28 in the upper cape.The house is a home away from home. The lot is very private, and no other houses are visible. The large backyard has a thick lawn, which is not that common on the Cape. Neither are high ceilings and central AC, but the house has both. We were blessed with hot "beach weather" during our stay, but didn't have to lose any sleep at night due to the heat. Being a party of seven, we really appreciated the 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, well-designed kitchen and living area. In addition to ping pong, the thoughtful owner provided the use of 2 bikes and yard/beach games and accessories.I can honestly say that the house and location exceeded my family's expectation.
